With space for up to nine guests, a private hot tub, and a location that’s close to everything, it’s the perfect year-round retreat.

Inside, you’ll be welcomed by hardwood floors, warm pine paneling, and a cozy gas fireplace that set the tone for your classic Tahoe stay. The open living area offers plenty of seating for the group, a large dining table for shared meals, and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with all the major appliances you’ll need. Stream movies or play old favorites on the TV, DVD/VCR, and WiFi after a day of adventure.

Sleeping arrangements are flexible and comfortable, with four bedrooms spread across two levels: three queen beds and three twin beds provide restful nights for the whole group. Each floor also has its own full bathroom with a shower, and you’ll enjoy the convenience of an in-home washer/dryer.

Step outside to your private patio, fire up the gas grill, and end the evening with a soak in the bubbling hot tub while you take in the crisp mountain air.

vacation here. While enjoying your time, we would like to remind you of some
important community expectations and rules for guests staying in our
neighborhoods outside of the Tourist Core. We believe that you, your family, and
friends can have an amazing vacation while still being respectful and
considerate to the neighbors around you.

City of South Lake Tahoe Short Term Rental Ordinances Violation of ordinances can result in fines up to $1500:
a. The maximum occupancy of this property at all times, 24 hours a day, is  8 persons. Up to 2 children aged 13 and under do not count towards this occupancy limit.
b. Weddings, receptions, and commercial events are prohibited.
c. No use of outdoor spas or hot tubs is allowed after 10pm or before 8am.
d. No outdoor amplified music, speakers, or other noise-generating equipment is allowed after 10pm or before 8am.
e. Parking is prohibited on unpaved surfaces or on neighboring private property without permission. Parking is allowed only on paved surfaces.
f. Parking of commercial vehicles on the property is prohibited, except temporarily for durations of less than 4 hours.
g. Camping and sleeping in tents, travel trailers, campers, or recreational vehicles is prohibited at the property.
h. Trash and recycling shall not be left or stored outside except in a container (trash can) within a bear box or in an animal-resistant cart provided for use by South Tahoe Refuse.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
