Legacy 1 is a comfortable ground-floor apartment set directly opposite the beachfront in Bilinga, just 50 metres from North Kirra Surf Club. Offering an affordable coastal stay in a small residential block, it is ideal for longer stays and guests looking for a simple, well-located beachside base.
The apartment features a practical, easy-living layout with timber flooring, white plantation shutters and a light-filled interior. A private front courtyard provides a relaxed outdoor space to sit and enjoy the sea breeze.
The open-plan living space includes a flat screen TV and connects easily to well equipped kitchen.
The unit includes two bedrooms, with a queen bed in the master and single bunk beds in the second bedroom, making it suitable for small families. There are ceiling fans in the lounge and master bedroom, along with a pedestal fan in the second bedroom.
The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and separate toilet, and the property also offers communal laundry facilities for guest use.
A single lock-up garage is included for secure parking.
Positioned directly across from the beach, Legacy 1 offers immediate access the Oceanway Path, a scenic beachfront pathway stretching for kilometres along the coastline through North Kirra and beyond. Guests are also within easy walking distance of local cafés, surf clubs and the dining and shopping options in nearby Coolangatta.
The property is also well located for guests attending Surf Life Saving events held at North Kirra Surf Club.

Keys Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 5 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.
Linen Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

Small but nice 2 bedroom Unit
Great little unit which was clean and had everything we required for our week stay. New furniture was being moved in on the day of our departure which was badly needed.

Decent holiday location
Decent place to stay, great location.
Mould everywhere! And the garage door is rusted shut so unless you have iron man strength you won’t be using that one-we certainly couldn’t. Overall was a good stay, but overpriced considering the condition of the place.

The property is in a great position and very well set up with kitchen and 2 bedrooms. You have to take your own linen- sheets , pillow cases and towels.
There is no wifi so the smart tv doesn’t do anything that’s not normal channels.
Overall a good place for a small family and close to a surf club

Our stay would've been lovely BUT the continual roadworkrks for new kerbing was relentless from 6.30 to around 3 Monday to Friday driveway and footpath access was limited there's very limited parking available on the street. The noise from machinery was unreal. I have to say that the Gold Coast City council workers were very apologetic about the noise If we had known about the works we'd have booked somewhere else. Would of been great except for the roadworks.

Unfortunately, the works were organised by the Gold Coast City Council and outside of our control, though we do make sure to clearly advise all guests about them on our listing before booking.

A little disappointing
The whole place needs updating, the garage is rusting out, the mattress and pillows are so old, the wardrobe doors were off there hinges, draws in the kitchen are falling apart, there's no heat so the place is very cold and you have to supply your own linen which I thought was weird

We are sorry to hear that there were some maintenance issues during your stay. The queen mattress was replaced a few months ago, but we will definitely provide some new pillows.
We will also ensure that portable heaters are available in the future to assist in the colder months.
