Summary:
Do you need an enchanted Garden Sanctuary to rest and recharge? Yeah, me too! Our cozy space is ideal for families, friends and pups alike. Cozy up to the crackling fire pit situated in the dream-like secret garden. The garden is completely secured with a privacy fence too, so you can feel safe allowing the kids and critters to roam free. This space is absolutely perfect for creating memories with loved ones. Don't snooze on snagging this ideal getaway for your Denver vacation.

The Space:
This charming home is tucked away behind a beautiful front yard, private patio and privacy fence. Big shade trees, beautiful gardens and plenty of sun too! Features an open floor plan with a large master bedroom with office space and a huge walk-in closet, as well as vaulted ceilings. In the front area of the home, guests will find the front foyer, den and dining area. The second bedroom is located around the corner from the dining area. The bedroom has a Queen bed & has large closet. Between the two bedrooms is the laundry area with a new washer and a dryer. The kitchen is located next to the dining area and is equipped with everything one would need for making a home cooked meal. The dining room includes a large table perfect for family and friend dinners. Last but not least, the family room is spacious and includes a pull out couch, while we supply plenty of comfy pillows and blankets.

The Neighborhood:
Can't beat this location as we are located right down the street from Sloan's Lake and moments from downtown. Less than 5 minute drive into the heart of the city and nestled in between all of the up and coming neighborhoods of Highlands and Tennyson. Conveniently located right off the I70 corridor and you’re on your way to Colorado's breathtaking Rocky Mountains.

Getting Around:
Walk to Sloan's Lake and the Highlands. 3 miles to downtown Denver & Tennyson St shops are close by too. The area is full of restaurants, brew pubs, coffee shops, & boutique shopping. Minutes to grocery, library, and public transportation. For those who do not have their own car, I recommend utilizing Lyft or Uber. There is also a few community share programs for cars, such as Turo and Car2Go.

Grimy stay in Denver
On arrival there was a very strong headache inducing lysol spray scent. We found a half chewed bone under the couch and a dirty sock under the coffee table in the living room. There was also a nail coming out of the flooring that we had to remove for safety from our dogs. In the yard, there was old dog poop in the sitting area, and the other open grass area was overgrown (gardeners did show up unannounced the next day to mow the grass and pick weeds so that helped). On the day of check out, I took the sheets off the primary bed to start laundry and found the mattress with blood stains at the head of the bed and large yellow stains all over the rest of it. It was truly a dirty house that needs updates and a serious deep clean and new mattress. I would not recommend this rental to anyone. Luckily I was not in the home often during my stay, only to sleep. I contacted the rental company on arrival and notified them of the sock and dog bone, and called them today after finding the state of the mattress. They are supposed to call me back, but I am still waiting to hear from them.

Perfect ground zero
We came for the Madonna concert but this place was perfect to explore the entire area. Only about 10 min from downtown, 18 min. to Red Rocks, Sloane lake down the street. Place was clean, had all we needed from TV, heating, kitchen. Beds were comfortable, couch was comfy. Recommendations are little man ice cream, Edgewater food hall and Sloane lake. Would stay here again for sure.

Really Nice Place, Centrally Located
It was a little confusing getting there at night but overall the entire place was really nice. I was surprised the kitchen was stocked with spices and such. Make sure to bring extension cords for any devices. It's a nice little place but easy to get to everywhere and quiet.

The parking and location was comfortable and convenient. The pans offered are not worth .50 cents at the flea market. The lighting in the kitchen is practically nonexistent if you want to cook. 7 night stay and there was one roll of paper towels. Supposed to sleep up to seven but provides a 2 cup $10 coffee brewer a closet full of old sheets but no blankets, I went and bought my own skillets and coffee pot - old Teflon is carcinogenic. The portable and window air conditioners need sanitizing for mold. I am mold compromised and suffered. The management company was good and friendly but it is clear no-one has ever thought about what it would be like to live there for a week. No laundry soap, Kleenex, or kitchen cabinet knobs. Felt unsanitary. Location super convenient for my needs. Things can be fixed and it would be great.
