The first thing you will notice is the fantastic ocean views from the expansive sliding doors. This property is unique in that it features a large side window that overlooks the million dollar homes to the north of the property. Being on the top floor and a corner unit gives guests a unique feeling of privacy as well as closeness to the ocean. Stepping outside to the top floor deck gives you a breathtaking view of the ocean. Enjoy the sounds of the surf while keeping an eye on the kids as they play on the beach in front of the property. You will be able to see fish and dolphin pods swimming in the distance from the deck.

The master bedroom features yet another large sliding door with views of the ocean. Step outside the deck directly from the master bedroom access to enjoy an early morning coffee or a late nightcap.

The 2nd bedroom features a bunk-bed where most likely kids will spend a few hours with favorite games.

Only a few minutes walk is a private beach access with showers, a swimming pool and large size gazebo. Outdoor pools are open beginning of April thru end of October. However, nothing can beat the beautiful sandy beach, which is just a few steps away. The property also features a covered car port exclusive to the guests which is large enough to fit 2 cars.

This property comes furnished including stainless steel kitchen appliances and household supplies including plates, utensils, cups, wine glasses, silverware and all other necessities. Brand new fridge, washer, dryer and AC unit as of 2025. The rental rate includes high-speed wifi internet, HDTVs in the living room and master bedroom. Linens can be made available for a small fee.

Because we are part of the Ocean Dunes Resort, you will have access to a recreation center, which features an indoor pool and gym. In addition, shuffle board and a small playground for the kids are part of the recreation center.
