Welcome to our RELAXING beach front condo with dazzling views of the ocean! This premier updated two bedroom, two bath, 1,100 sqft condo is located on the second floor in the best building on Indian Shores - The Beach Cottage, Building II. Walk a few steps towards the white sandy beach to enjoy spectacular sunrise/sunset views while leisurely strolling down 14 miles of continuous beaches on the Gulf of Mexico.

No matter the month or season, there is plenty to do in the area. Everything is walking distance or a short drive – water sports, restaurants, shops and plenty of family activities. There is a Beach Trolley stop directly in front of The Beach Cottage buildings, which runs north to Clearwater and south to St. Petersburg every 20-30 minutes, all day and night. Hop on and off all day for $4.50 and explore all the sights, amenities, shopping, food, activities and beach towns Gulf Boulevard has to offer. Living & Dining Area - Feel at home in our comfy living room that includes a plush leather sofa with a 55” flat screen Smart TV with cable and free high speed Wi-Fi access for Netflix, YouTube, etc. The bookshelf has board games and books for additional entertainment. On cooler nights, cozy up and turn on the wood-burning fireplace while soaking in the breathtaking sunsets and views of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a large dining table that seats six, plus four additional leather barstools to sit at the kitchen bar area. If you feel like relaxing outside on the 25 ft balcony, there is a lounge chaise and patio dining table with four chairs to sit, relax and enjoy some food and drinks, while taking in the fresh ocean air and gorgeous views.

Master Suite - Enjoy a restful night of sleep on a brand new pillow top KING SIZE mattress. Kick back in the electric massage chair and watch your favorite show on the 40" Flat Screen TV. Huge sliding doors that open out to the balcony allow you to enjoy the alluring views from the privacy of your room. This spacious suite with a ceiling fan includes a walk in closet, dressers and large vanity/dressing area in the bathroom.

Guest Room - Family and friends can rest easy in this tranquil guest room. The bedroom comes equipped with a ceiling fan, two QUEEN SIZE mattresses, 40" Flat Screen TV/DVD combo with cable, and a closet with dressers.

There is assigned covered parking in the building's garage and many spots are available for visitor parking (permits required).
