Accommodation details
Consisting of 3 buildings - the main house has 4 large bedrooms, 1 with a king bed, 2 with queen size beds plus a combination library/bedroom with 2 king size single beds (which can be made into a Super King Size bed upon request). 2 ultra modern bathrooms and toilets, 2 large living areas, designer kitchen with butlers pantry and a large indoor/outdoor patio.
The Tree House is a unique 2 storey loft style building built into the rainforest and sleeps 4 with a queen bed downstairs and another upstairs. It also has its own bathroom and kitchen.
The 3rd building consists of a large games/exercise room complete with pool table a secluded bedroom with another queen size bed looking into the rainforest and now complete with a luxurious new ensuite bathroom.
* Strictly no weddings or parties. * Maximum number of guests allowed on the property is 14 at any time. Please no extra guests, this includes extra guests camping or staying in caravans on the property. Our local security firm does do drive-bys and will report inappropriate use of our property.
* Ellywan is designed to accommodate family groups and we have a strict no party policy. Any disruption to neighbouring properties will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Any damages or extra cleaning costs will be charged to the credit card provided for the security bond.
* Strictly no pets allowed.

Your comfort is assured year round at Ellywan. There are two wood fires in the main house and another in the tree house; firewood provided from May to September. The main house has reverse cycle air conditioning in the living areas and ceiling fans throughout including all bedrooms.

Mid week rates do not apply to any bookings that includes a Friday/Saturday or Sunday night
Weekly pricing rates offered do not apply for a Saturday to Saturday stay (crossing 2 weekends)
