All was great! Host was awesome. Got an early check in and when we asked for extra towels they dropped them off for us. 2nd time staying at at this unit because we love it so much!

Perfect Princeville

This condo is part of the Ali’i Kai resort community which has amazing views of the ocean, and jungle. The pool and hot tub are kept up very well, and there are BBQ’s for making your own food. Our condo had everything we needed including amazing view of the sunset on the private Lanai.

Comfortable and well equipped

My husband and I and our 2 college age daughters stayed 4 nights and wished it had been longer. The unit was beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds and furniture. It had everything we needed for cooking and we enjoyed the beach gear provided each day on our outings. Great location for north shore excursions. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend!

Couldn’t ask for a prettier view

This was the best condo for 4 friends who love nature. We spent every morning and night on the lanai bird watching and taking in the gorgeous views of the mountains, tropical foliage, and ocean! Even got waterfalls the morning after it rained! Really comfy beds and everything we could ever need in the condo. Complex is really laid back and quiet. Pool/hot tub/bbqs are great! Love how close it is to Hanalei Bay and all the greatrestaurants around the wares.

Beautiful View!

We loved our stay at this property. The view was absolutely beautiful, we could see the cliffs, forest and ocean in a distance. It was nice and quiet with friendly bird visitors. The condo was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. The pool, hot-tub and BBQ were also very close by, and you could walk down along a pathway to the beach across the street, which was a great touch! Would definitely recommend staying here :) Mahalo!

Great location and views

We had an amazing stay here in Princeville. The condo is accurately described. There were plenty of kitchen items that made it feel like home. We love staying on the north side because it’s easy to get to Hanalei and the east side of the island. We loved the view from the lanai watching the birds and listening to the crashing waves. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you 🙏

Great location for our vacation

We stayed here the last week of September. The location was great and easy to get to. Having no AC was not an issue as we got a great breeze through all the windows. The view is amazing in this condo and I enjoyed watching the sunset the couple times we were actually back at the condo during that time. The beds are comfortable and clean. The shower water pressure was a little hard, but not a huge issue for us. Overall my whole family enjoyed the stay.

Beautiful!

We were extremely pleased with our stay in Princeville! Everything was just as we hoped it would be! We were looking for a scenic setting where we would awaken to the sounds of tropical birds singing and that's exactly what we had. The condo was clean and just as depicted in the listing. We had everything we needed for a lovely weeklong vacation. The complex was quiet and beautifully landscaped. We would definitely return here in the future.

Beautiful view in a great location

The apartment was spacious and well furnished. Directions for our stay were clear and labels on various cabinets and closets were helpful. The overhead fans and shuttered windows kept the apartment temperatures very pleasant. I suggest the owner replace the screen in the sliding door so that there are fewer mosquitoes inside. Also, attention needs to be given to the main bedroom sink because it does not drain well. That being said, we would definitely recommend this place. Beautiful sunsets!!

Good experience overall

We enjoyed our stay in August at this condo. The location in Princeville is very nice and close to some very nice beaches, however we often drove to Hanalei (very close and lovely) to eat and shop because Princeville is generally more expensive. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and well provided. The beds are very comfortable and we enjoyed having Netflix on rainy days. It was very nice to have beach chairs, boggie boards and an umbrella for the beach. On the negative side; the kitchen is dated as i was aware but what really bothered me is the strong humidity smell in all the cupboards and we also had to deal with quite a few bugs (small ants i believe) all over the kitchen counter the last few days and this was really annoying. I was also deceived to have no contact from the owner whatsoever, to see if all was good or if we needed anything, or even just to say hello. We were also there during the Lane hurricane and i had to contact him myself for instructions and advice on how to handle the situation, he did call back quickly however. Our stay was mostly enjoyable but i would not rent this condo again for the above reasons except maybe if the kitchen is renovated eventually.

Great stay

Overall our family of 4 (kids 11 & 15) had a great stay. The condo was spacious, nicely decorated, well thought out and clean. Kitchen and bathrooms were updated and very well stocked with everything we needed. Fans and breezes were lovely and we didn't need AC. When we asked for sheets for the pull out couch they were delivered within 20 minutes. Our only suggestion would be to provide 2 more beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach towels. We would stay again!

Beautiful

Clean, organized, island decor all around, comfy beds & couches - all made for a relaxing special stay in Princeville! Yes, noticed the newly renovated bathrooms and kitchen ~ a treat! The views of the mountains, forest, and oceans were amazing, looking just like the pictures in the listing; we enjoyed sunrises and stars at night on the patio every day of our stay and the backdrop of many, many birds was lovely. Owners were always responsive to our questions. We would love to rent this unit again! Highly recommend!

Nice spot even when is raining

Beautiful condo with great view

This unit exceeded our expectations. It was clean and very well-appointed. The furnishings and kitchen were all of high quality. The 2nd floor vantage point gave a wonderful view of the ocean and the Na Pali clifts and we enjoyed watching the birds off the lanai. The owners were responsive to our communications. We would highly recommend this condo if you are staying in Princeville.

Amazing! Great Location & Property

The Kauai Luna was just PERFECT! The location, the apt, everything about our stay with Shana and Jeff was great! We were a bit nervous about not having AC for a few days, but the apt always had a breeze, it was never hot inside, and all of the fans also helped. It was nice to just be able to hang out, cool off, have dinner and just hang out each evening. This was the perfect location, near restaurants, grocery, etc. Having beach towels, coolers, and laundry was great for beach days!

Great location and view of ocean, too

Condo was very clean and tidy. Kitchen stocked well with cookware and nice layout, too. The balcony is so restful with 4 chairs and little tables, perfect for happy hour. Each bedroom has en suite bath so great for 2 couples, etc. Beds are on soft side but nice. Pull-out sofa comfortable in living area. All amenities provided (no A/C but we heard no one has it and we were fine). Property managers very responsive.

Well furnished this condo is in very good condition If you like soft beds you ll be delighted Location is nice with plenty of beaches at a 15 minutes distance
