Emmalani Court condos are located on the spectacular North Shore of the Garden Island of Kauai in Princeville. This spacious condominium is adjacent to the Makai Golf Course in Princeville. ** Please see Construction notice below. **

The living area and master bedroom is air conditioned making sure you are always comfortable!

Some nights you may just want to stay in and cook in the fully equipped kitchen or BBQ by the pool.

Nearby is a wide selection of options for dining out either in Princeville or in the picturesque old town of Hanalei.

The North Shore offers numerous hiking trails, including the renowned Kalalau Trail, as well as wet and dry caves and Limahuli, a national tropical botanical garden that offers tours showing off Kauai's flora. And of course, the beaches! World renown Hanalei Bay is a short drive.

Your kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, dishes, cups, glasses, eating and cooking utensils, pots & pans, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender.

Please note that Emmalani Court will be undergoing a large-scale construction project from September 02, 2025 through approximately January 31, 2027. Construction activity may occur Monday–Friday, between 8:00am–5:00pm.
Guests may experience noise, dust, and limited access to certain areas of the property during their stay.
Some common amenities (e.g., parking areas, walkways, landscaping, etc.) may be temporarily closed or restricted.
While we will do our best to minimize disruptions, this work is essential to improving the property. We want our guests to be fully informed so you can plan your stay accordingly. The pricing for this unit has been discounted accordingly.
