Renting Sunday to Sunday to avoid the Saturday traffic to and from. Enjoy more of the weekend by getting a full Saturday on the beach while everyone is traveling. Prime beach/boardwalk front location. Two decks with full ocean views. 10 beach tags included. Recently updated kitchen with wall removal for a more open concept. Two guaranteed parking spots (one car parking in garage and one assigned spot #9) The garage has extra storage space for your chairs and bikes. Public street parking also available. 4 bedrooms. Master with king bed and full bathroom, second bedroom with a king bed, 3rd bedroom with a queen bed and spare room with bunk beds (twin over full). Can sleep 8-9. Kitchen supplied with dishes, pots and pans, microwave, toaster oven and two coffee machines (one regular and one keurig). WiFi available. Only one block to wonderland pier. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent.

It’s not a surprise that the home has such high reviews and ratings from past guests…The home is beautiful, clean, and spacious; it had everything needed for the long weekend; the location was ideal, especially during the winter when the downtown area is especially desired; and what beats a beachfront property?! Beth was communicative and quick in her responses, and I’m so fortunate she shared her property with me and my family. Would absolutely consider renting again in the future!

Beth couldn’t have been more helpful and considerate. My mother and I were planning this trip for months and then a nor’easter came in. Beth checked on us to ensure everything was ok throughout the weekend. The place is beautiful and location couldn’t have been better. We relaxed and watched the ocean and storm blow through from the cozy living room.

Wonderful property and location even better than the photos! Spacious for 9 adults, very clean and the owner was easy and very pleasant to work with! Would highly recommend and will definitely safe details for a future visit!

Ocean City Right on the Boardwalk

Modern, clean, and comfortable - and located right on the boardwalk. The master bedroom has a view of the dunes and the ocean as does the living room below. The house has lots of space for family to spread out, but with the boardwalk and the beach just outside, it's a great home base from which to explore the area. Near Oves for a convenient breakfast, the area is on the quiet end of the boardwalk, but close enough that you're never too far from the action. A wonderful house at a perfect location. Great communication with the owner who was available whenever we needed.

Wonderful place!

This rental is awesome! There is plenty of room. We had a party of 6 adults and 2 kids and we did not feel cramped. The kitchen had plenty of cooking supplies if needed and the fridge was very spacious. There are two washers and dryers, one in the garage for sandy stuff. It was great being able to get everything clean before leaving. My only complaint isn't really a complaint. In the kids bedroom, there is a beautiful skylight. However with two small children, the morning sun lit up the room at 5 am and there was no way to darken the room. Otherwise, I highly recommend this place and the owner was very accessible for questions and check in process. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Just Perfect!

The location and house were perfect. We loved being right on the boardwalk, close enough to the stores but not in a super busy area. The house had a cool layout, plenty of room inside and plenty of seating on both balconies for people watching and of course enjoying the ocean views. Everything was clean and comfortable, my family had a wonderful vacation :)

Beautiful home , great location

We had a wonderful few days and our 1 year old enjoyed his first visit to OC. The condo is very nice, super clean and I love the openness of it. The location is perfect for enjoying the beach, boardwalk or people watching from the balcony. Also several walkable spots off the boardwalk. We can't wait to return!

Great home base for families

This place is great for families looking to be close to the action but not right on top of it 24/7. The home has everything you'd need and owner was very responsive. Everything in there was modern and in great condition. Only caveat is that this place has a lot of stairs so may be tough for older adults.

Amazing

The house is modern and well-kept with awesome views (both of the ocean and of the living room from the kitchen so I could keep an eye on my toddler!)The location was perfect for quick access to boardwalk shops, beach, and downtown. Beth was a great host and check-in/out was a breeze. Looking forward to staying again someday!

Ocean City vacation

Home is beautiful and has a gorgeous view. My fiancé and I spent our first Thanksgiving there and I couldn't of picked a better place. Beth was a delight to talk to and we plan on coming back in 22. Highly recommend staying here!

Location and View - breathtaking

We highly recommend booking this property. We were excited that the home was right on the beach and boardwalk. When we arrive it exceeded our expectations. Two convenient parking spaces - one in the garage. As we walked through the home - we were more and more impressed. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Two decks overlooking the ocean. The beds were very comfortable. The home is well maintained, and has many of the items you may need (games, utensils, cooking accessories) while on vacation. We highly recommend. The owners were very nice and very accommodating. Look no further - this vacation home is perfect.

Stellar property & location

Everything exceeded our expectations. The condo is bright and airy with beautiful and stylish decor. My brother the chef raved about the well appointed kitchen. It was great to be able to so easily run back and forth from the beach. The balconies overlooking the ocean were a great place for yoga and people watching. And who doesn’t love falling asleep to the roar of the surf? We’ll be back!

Fantastic place with great view of the water and location on boardwalk; clean; well maintained

We had an excellent time and enjoyed this beautiful beachfront property. We loved seeing the sunrises in the morning, the quick access to the boardwalk, the spacious and well laid out floor plan. 2 parking spaces (including a garage!) was ideal. We are most definitely coming back. The owners were incredibly gracious, easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions. We will certainly be back!

FANTASTIC beach getaway property for adults alone or with children!

I literally cannot think of anything negative to say about this property and its owner. #1: Beth is amazing! She was in contact with us before we arrived, and highly available during our stay. She only checked in on us once via text to make sure that we had found everything we needed and if there was anything else she could do to ensure that we had a wonderful weekend. The property is at the north end of the boardwalk which made it great for our family. There is less foot traffic due to businesses being a couple of blocks down, and afforded us the privacy we needed after 10 days in NYC & Philadelphia. Don't get me wrong...a VERY short walk, or ride on one of their bikes, will get you to everything the boardwalk affords from entertainment, to shopping or dining. We have 5 teenagers, and they were thrilled to be able to walk down to the shops and activities while we enjoyed a bottle of wine on the balcony. And the beach...if you came for the beach, you can't get much closer! Even though it was chilly, we were front and center and slept with our door open each night to hear the ocean. Every morning my daughter would take her breakfast to the beach and read, and my son would fly the kite he found in the garage while he waded in the water (albeit cold!). The only negative comment I would make is our fault and certainly not of the property or its owners. We have never rented a true "beach house" before in our long tenure as Homeaway guests, and didn't realize that with most of these types of properties you bring your own linens. We laughed at the idea of 7 of us (5 girls in fact) sharing 4 towels, but after our aunt (who also owns a rental property on the boardwalk) explained to us that beach properties operate this way, we fully understood the reasoning behind this. We rectified the situation easily by borrowing a couple of towels from our aunt and purchasing a few cheap beach towels for our short visit. If you are lucky enough to book this property during the warm season, you definitely will not be disappointed. Such a gem, and we will absolutely stay here again if it is available when we make it back to the area...and we will bring towels. ;) Beth, thanks for a wonderfully relaxing ending to a most memorable trip back east! --The Beggs Family

Gorgeous beach front property

This home is amazing! One of very few beachfront homes within short walking distance of the rides and shops on the boardwalk. Beth was amazing to deal with and we would definitely rent this home again if we return to OC, NJ

Perfect beach week

Loved this rental that was located right on the boardwalk! The owner left very clear directions, the townhouse was gorgeous and well-maintained. I would highly recommend this unit for a fabulous family beach week that is within walking distance of fun activities, shopping and take-out.

Perfect location

We are a family of 4, living in south Florida, but we are originally from south Jersey. This was the perfect location to go on the beach, let the kids ride bikes on the boardwalk, and visit with family and friends. The home is very nicely outfitted, and the owner was very nice to communicate with. We'll most certainly be back!

Fantastic Vacation Home

What a great home and super location. We spent 5 days there after Christmas. What a relaxing time we had. The home was perfect for our family with 3 children 5 and under. We spent time walking on the beach and enjoyed having the boardwalk literally right outside the front of the house. We got to see snow on the beach for the first time. It was amazing. The kids loved sliding down the large piles of sand covered with snow. We enjoyed the First Night New Year's Eve activities. Beth was fantastic to work with. She was very accommodating. We made many special memories. Looking forward to visiting again.
