This charming Home 2/2 that accommodates 6 people has been renovated with all the amenities needed for a great vacation. Located on Sombrero Beach Rd, this home is walking distance to the lovely Sombrero Beach, just a few blocks away from Publix, Winn-Dixie, CVS, great restaurants and local Bars.
The House is located in the heart of the Florida Keys, at Mile Marker 50 in Marathon, located on the Ocean side, Only a one hour car drive to Key West. The property Dock can accommodate comfortably up to a 35 foot Boat. Dock has a Fish cleaning table with a fresh water faucet & a Salt water hand pump. The dock also has a Shore power pedestal with 115V shore power, 120V AC outlet, a shower and a Fresh water hose for wash-down.
The House is comfortable for either fishing and or just relaxing as you wish. There is a freezer provided for your bait as well as a refrigerator for refreshments on the ground floor for your use. Just minutes away from the open water fishing grounds where you can enjoy catching various snappers species, grouper, tarpon, cobia, sailfish, dolphin (mahi), wahoo, tuna, king mackerel etc . . . and also Beautiful snorkeling or SCUBA diving to catch stone crab or lobster when in season. Close to Crane Point Museum & Nature Center, Bahia Honda State Park, seven mile bridge and great shallow & deep water fishing and diving. We also have a Live Bait Holding pen on site for you convenience.
The house has comfortable furniture and central A/C. We provide towels and linens. We have a stainless steel BBQ for outdoor cooking. Our home has Premium cable TV Service, FREE High speed WIFI Wireless Internet, Flat Screen TV's in both the living room and each bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and the living room there is a queen Trundle pull-out bed. We have a full kitchen with brand new appliances, microwave, plates, pots, pans, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, and utensils for your convenience.
There is ample parking in front of the house for cars and boat trailer. There are several convenient FREE boat ramps in town for launching your boat with the closest being on the bay side on 34th street in Marathon. We have a 2 kayaks ( a single & a dual pax ), a paddle Board & 2 Bicycles on the ground floor that you can use for strolling thru the waterways or neighborhood at your leisure. There are 2 Hammocks, a picnic table & 4 lawn chairs for just relaxing.
