Great property, super comfortable and well located. Slight issue with some building work adjacent to the cottage but Bonnie (the host) was incredibly responsive / helpful and even upgraded me into a larger unit within the same property for the final week of my stay. 5*s!!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful in every way. The location is perfectā€”very close to Atlantic Avenue, yet in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Most importantly, Bonnie and Chuck are truly exceptional hosts. They were warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We are so glad we had the chance to meet them. Their kindness and hospitality made our trip even more special. We would happily return and highly recommend staying here!

Comfortable, clean, modern

Bonnie was a great host and catered to our needs. Cottage was extremely comfortable. Appliances were in tip top condition. We had full use of any consumables on the property. Cottage was just minutes from Atlantic Avenue in downtown Delray Beach. Easy walking access to restaurants and shopping. Grocery stores and such were just a mile away. Very relaxing stay. We have stayed in VRBO properties and those of another company in the US and internationally. This property is at the top of our list.

Great place

The pictures do not do this place justice. It is way bigger than it looks online. Kitchen is fully stocked with two of every utensil you will ever need, new fridge, cooker, microwave, and dishwasher. Shower is great. Main bedroom is large with enough storage for me and my wife to have our own separate closets. Bed is comfortable and huge. Location is excellent - set in a peaceful place but only 5 mins walk to the action, and 12 mins walk to the beach. We loved it. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay!!

This cottage is in the heart of Delray--right near the ocean, sound, restaurants, and shops!! My husband and I loved being able to be outside and walk to our favorite spots. Bonnie and Chuck are the perfect hosts! They are communicative, helpful, and kind. It was pouring on move-in day, and they let us check in early to avoid the heaviest rain. We brought bikes and a tree (!), and they helped us find places to store them. Whenever we needed something, they were there. The cottage was clean and well decorated. The kitchen was big, had full-sized appliances, and had everything we needed. The shower was fantastic (tankless water heater), the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of storage, and it was great to have a full-sized washer and dryer. My husband and I stayed for 6 months while our condo was being renovated. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! We definately recommend this property).

It is a very nice cottage in the back yard of the main house. Its in a nice neighborhood. It is decorated beautifully with a nice big kitchen. You really can walk to just about everything. We had to drive to the grocery store that was about it. The beach is a 15-20 minute walk and there are more shops, bars and restaurants than you will be able to try. There is a nice back yard with pretty landscaping that the three units share but each has its own patio area. Bonnie and Chuck are very nice and friendly. I felt at home right away.

Perfect Location, Perfect Cottage!

We had a wonderful 5-night stay in this picture perfect cottage! The cottage is very clean, beautifully and comfortably decorated and located within walking distance of the adorable town of Delray! Bonnie and Chuck were available and welcoming in all ways! We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Delray!

We stayed in Bonnie and Chuck's cottage for the month of May 2017. They are great hosts who clearly wanted to be sure we had a great time! They seemed flexible about everything and accommodated all of our requests. The cottage is beautifully decorated and very clean. There is plenty of closet space and the kitchen is equipped with more that we needed. We had free internet and cable tv in the living room and bedroom. The second bedroom was also beautiful and private off the living area. There is a fenced yard perfect for our next visit with our dog and two parking spots. The location is only 2 blocks from Atlantic avenue where we found tons of great restaurants shops etc. The beach is 7 blocks easy walk but a fun bike ride too. We are already planning our next stay.

Perfect Girls Weekend in Del Ray

I stayed in Bonnie and Chuck's cottage rental and had the best time! Its the perfect amount of space for me and my two girlfriends (we shared a bed for two of us). Clean, spacious and relaxing! Just a block away from restaurants and shops and a ten minute walk to the beach. When can I come back please??

This 1940s bungalow was gutted to the studs and rebuilt for todays modern tastes. The house and cottage were beautifully renovated and lovingly decorated. You will feel comfortable and at home in our big fenced in back yard.
