Great place to stay with everything we needed! With plenty of room for everyone one. Host was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. The water view was great with a quick 1 minute walk to the beach and not crowded at all! Lots of wildlife to see from the deer to dolphins. This was our first time in Sea Pines & it was great. It’s also just a 5 minute walk to the Salty Dog Cafe.

Family Reunion

This is an excellent resort for a family vacation as the accommodations are spacious and the oceanfront location offers relaxing and beautiful views. The host was accommodating and easy to reach, if necessity. I highly recommend this property.

What a wonderful home and a restful, fun, enjoyable experience for our families. The house was clean, welcoming, and ready for our arrival. The location was private and calm but also easy to kick back and enjoy the beach. The host was in excellent communication and always willing to answer questions or help. We had the perfect stay and are excited to come back.

Family Oasis 😊

The property was amazing! The kitchen was well equipped and plenty of linens were available. The view was spectacular and the short walk to the beach was very easy, even for the little ones. The pool was clean and never crowded. We hope to stay here again!

Lovely Villa

We stayed in this Villa several times in the 80's and 90's. Being back brought back happy memories. We liked the new decor. The location is ideal and the views of Calibougie are beautiful! Love the sunsets! Mike is a great host.

Amazing time!

Absolutely loved our place, perfect location, beautiful view, plenty of space, easy access to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked! Loved being able to go over to Salty Dog for ice cream after dinner, the bike rental was a simple walk away. We took our 9 and 17 year old daughters and they loved all the bike trails to ride on. It was a wonderful relaxing family vacation!

PARADISE

We were a bit concerned that the area would be noisy due to its proximity to Salty Dog shopping area. It was not at all. We had an amazing view, quiet nights on the patio and swimming right down the path.

Great Experience

My family had a wonderful time at this beach front location in Hilton Head. We have 4 children (Age 10 through 18) who were never bored the entire stay. Walking distance to anything you'd want to do. Fishing on the beach was great. We caught something every day! The owners of this property are outstanding and extremely helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone. We plan on returning again as soon as possible!

Perfect, easy vacation spot

We love this part of Sea Pines and this home has so much to offer. The views of Calibogue Sound / Daufuskie are second to none. Easy access to the beach and pool with a great ocean breeze on the spacious deck that also overlooks a lovely wooded area, home to friendly deer. Bathrooms are updated and clean. We loved the new furniture on the deck! TVs in all bedrooms including a new one in the bunk room. Less than a 5 minute walk to Salty Dog, H20 Water Sports and South Beach Racquet Club. Truly the perfect vacation! Owner is prompt to respond.

Wonderful Villa & location!

We so enjoyed everything about our vacation in Property ID 781851. The Soby's have have done a wonderful job in thinking of everything one might need in a vacation rental. The beachfront Villa is just steps from the beach and steps from the pool. Beds were comfortable, furniture was comfortable, lots of storage room to stow items required for a family to vacation, kitchen was well stocked, house was very pleasantly decorated. The only thing we didn't find that we needed was a large pot to cook low country boil, so we bought one at a local store. Communication with the owners was always prompt. We enjoyed the wildlife on the property---deer, squirrels, geckos--even a brilliant male cardinal one day. A perfect place for a family vacation! Just know that the traffic going into Hilton Head is bumper to bumper on check in day, and waits at good restaurants are from 1 to 2 hours. Next time, we will likely plan to just cook in each night and eat in comfort at the villa.

It was very accommodating for the grandchildren, ages 9-14 in the bunk room on the bottom level. Kitchen and dining area worked. Loves having coffee in the morning outside on the deck and kids enjoyed the short trek to the beach. So did the adults. I’d definitely consider renting again. The grill was a little difficult to start but we figured it out. Washer and dryer were a convenience and and much appreciated with the children needing dry suits and beach towels etc.. The hose outside was extremely useful for hosing the sand off your feet and coolers, beach carts etc. Beds were comfortable and clean, huge factor!! TV’s worked and were plentiful so we all weren’t stuck watching kids you tube or soccer. Loved the wildlife, saw dolphins playing in the waters right out on the sound. Secluded beach.

This property exceeded our expectations. From the quiet, shaded, quiet pool to the sunset views from the magnificent upper and lower decks to the excellent beach access and fairly empty beaches (at least when we were there). The interior was roomy and comfortable and kitchen tools and appliances were well stocked. Bathrooms with showers on each level. Wonderful hosts who answered all questions and were super helpful. Almost across the street from Salty Dog restaurant, ice cream, shops and bike rentals. We watched the deer in the backyard grass and watched the pods of dolphins swim by for their morning and afternoon rituals. What more could we ask for?

Annual family beach vacation

We had the most amazing experience at the Sobys property. From Julyn16-23. We have stayed in HH, Gulf Shores, Myrtle Beach and other beach areas and this was the best ever. Convenience to the pool and the ocean couldn’t have been better. The townhouse is well laid out on 3 levels which gave everybody “space” - the house has been maintained in excellent condition inside and out. Hats off to the Sobys - this place deserve its 5-star, 2 thumbs up rating. The Owen family

Family of 9

Proximity to the beach and water is unmatched on the island. The property was perfect for our group with 6 adults and 3 children. There are a lot of steps in the condo, but that helped with privacy for the upstairs’ rooms.

Great property and hosts

We loved staying at 1455!! It was perfect for our party of 9... everyone had their own space. The view off the 2nd story deck was wonderful. Beach out the back door and pool out the front door. Walking distance to the South Beach Marina/Salty Dog compound. Would recommend hands down for anyone looking to stay in Sea Pines, Hilton Head, SC.
