This is a 1 room studio with 4 beds for up to 5 persons and 1 full bathroom, it has microwave, minibar, coffeemaker, toaster, silverware and cups, TV and other amenities

About this space
Upon arrival, if you prefer ... leave your bags and bring your welcome drink to the "Clubhouse" where you can start your vacation with a dip in the pool ... or taste it in the tranquility of your terrace, or while you are unpacking or as you want !!! We are here to support you with any information that makes your stay memorable.
Accommodation
We are in the "tourist corridor" in an exclusive area of ​​Cabo San Lucas. Hike and explore the fractionation will be a good combination. Very enjoyable stay.

Betty is a great host, very helpful and hospitable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable room. Clubhouse pool area was impressive as well.

Fantastic Stay!

My husband and I had an amazing stay! This neighborhood is fantastic, I felt so safe everywhere I went and was able to go on evening walks without any concerns. It was awesome being so close to the ocean and the clubhouse was a nice place to hang out at. The host is so sweet, she would leave little treats for us and always made sure we had everything we needed and more! The outdoor kitchen is great for BBQing, we just picked up some groceries from Costco or Fresko and were set. I would love to stay here again.

Any host will love to have you guests!!! As I mentioned before, you have been nominated "The Couple of the year", by the guests leaving and the ones arriving. All of us have fallen in love with your style. The umbrella was a great idea, and I am after the beach chairs, thank you for the suggestion. See you Dec. 2023 !!!

Betty try’s really hard to make your stay the best

The host Betty tries really hard to make your stay the best. If you’re wanting a luxury place to stay this is not the place for you. If you’re wanting something causal and alone this might be perfect. The linens aren’t hotel quality but they are fine. The beds aren’t new but they are a little firmer than I would personally prefer but they weren’t terrible. The place was very clean. The pool was old but nice to have your own private space. The Luna has one large bed and then two twin beds and a day bed in the window seal. Would be great for college kids that want a cheap place to stay or a family with little kids. I wouldn’t share that space with another couple. However, if there were two couples on a trip together you could rent the Luna and the eclipse. They are both right next door to each other and share the same outdoor cooking space and pool. Nothing fancy but very safe, enjoyable place to stay. Betty went out of her way to accommodate getting hotel quality pillow, and nice shampoo, conditioner and body wash. She provides bottle water for drinking and coffee. Definitely a safe place to walk around and there are two other pools on premises and an nice walk down to the beach. Very pretty surroundings. Close to down town. We rented a car so it was very easy to travel down town and very close to the larger stores also such as Costco, Home Depot, walmart.

Our experience was good

our trip started a bit wobbly, we were under the impression to have booked 2 rooms according to the information on the website only to find out it was only 1 room for the four of us. We did voice our concern to the owner Betty who did say that has happened before but since the second room who’s also on the property isn’t rented she’ll give that one to us for free. We thought that was a very kind and generous offer. You’ll definitely will need a rented car to even get to the community pool who’s not where your room will be. The property has its own pool but it’s a bit small. The property is very safe, it’s fenced and you can’t get inside the complex without checking in with security, that made us feel very safe. Over all we felt very welcomed by our host Betty. She left every day some kind of treat for us with some restaurant recommendations. Please not that the host lives in the same property (separat unit). We’d definitely recommend to stay here!

Good to have you, staying here. Thank you for describing/ explaing "LUNA STUDIO". On top I think I will call as soon as I get future reservations, and clear any doubts may exist prior arrival. Luis Eduardo loves his Co-host job, gives him the opportunity to practice his English... (despite COVID-Protocole)

Fun in sun

Had a great time and really enjoyed the owner. Very helpful and a great location. The house is 3 separate studios for rent or you could possibly rent all 3 together.

Accommodation and stay very relaxing and enjoyable.

The property is in a gated upscale community that has a club house available as well as access to the Sea of Cortez. It is approximately 7 miles to downtown Cabo by bus, uber or cab. There are a number of excellent restaurants close. ie Toro, Via Serena, and Infusion.

This property offers three different bedrooms that you can reserve independently, LUNA (for 4 pax, max occupancy), ECLIPSE for 2 pax, and SOL around the corner in the same house (totally separate from the other bedrooms)
If you want to enjoy a vacation with family and/or friends LUNA & ECLIPSE, (rented separate and at the same time being together), this two studios share the front entrance, pool, dining table, stove, sink and common areas by the pool patio. (Feel free to contact me to clarify my "Spanglish" description of the lay out.
Very lucky to have the opportunity to acquire a homie property in a very unique resort area, from very dear friends.
Came for a two week vacation and turn out to be 26 years by now

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We are on the Cabo Corridor, Elite location, Santa Carmela gated community, keep going past Cabo Bello development, you will find "Villa Serena" Restaurant and if you got to "Toro" Latin Kitchen, you've gone too far, nearby you will find Cabo del Sol Golf Course and Santa Maria Bay. Sure enough you will enjoy the area.
