Accommodation was perfect for 5 of us, and would be great for 3 couples. Allows for everyone to congregate together or escape to own secluded area. Relatively easy walk to restaurants and shops. Hosts checked in with us regularly and were very responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Private Resort

It was so nice to be greeted by a happy property manager, Maria, who gave us a rundown of the facility- pool, outside grill/cooking area, hot tubs, all the condo amenities. She did not linger and let us settle in after a long travel day. But it was very nice to have her walk us through everything and guest expectations. The condo was super nice and clean and had all the amenities. There are beach chairs and towels and coolers and travel cups. There are some little kid floatation devices.Its a very quiet location. There's just one ferry service that goes in/out of that bay, but you don't notice it unless your watching. And its quite convenient to take The Red Barge from St Thomas to a stone's throw from the condo.Theres AC and tile/wood floors, very nice natural light. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom connected to its room.Walkable distance to the "downtown" area.Property Manager was easy to get ahold of throughout our stay.We got groceries delivered ahead of time and the property manager put everything away for us before we got there.

Beautiful Penthouse!

We really enjoyed this property! It was spacious, well appointed and well taken care of. The kitchen had everything we needed. Check in with Dior was great and she was very helpful throughout our stay. Anything we needed from a taxi, dinner reservations, excursions, etc she was promptly available for assistance. I highly recommend this property and we will be staying here again in the future!

From our seamless arrival greeted by AnnaMarie to everything in between, SeaShore Allure was fabulous with wonderful views and "feel at home" amenities! We would definitely recommend SSA and look forward to booking again on a return trip to St. John.

Beautiful property in walking distance to Cruz Bay

We loved our time at SeaShore Allure! We stayed 7 nights and had a wonderful experience. The property hosts were very helpful with questions. We would definitely return. The pool area is peaceful and very well kept. Our condo had all the necessities for visiting the beaches! The oceans views were amazing!

One week on St. John

Very nice two story walk up condo with beautiful views. Very well stocked so no need to bring towels, floats, or really much of anything...reaffirming what I believe was one of the most accurate St. John mantras (pack less and bring more $). Very attentive on-site manager who was helpful in many facets of our stay.

Great condo, close to town, helpful owners

My wife, three pre-teen kids and I had a fantastic week at Seashore Allure. The owner and on-site property management were always available to help. The location is great, ten minute walk to town. The condo is roomy and well equipped.

Perfect location wonder amenities

The property is located near the car barge terminal just off the traffic circle at Cruz Bay. It’s away from the hustle and bustle and situated on the water. The outdoor amenities ; pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, lounge chairs are perfection. The available beach chairs and snorkeling equipment make for a more enjoyable stay. The management was friendly and attentive. They responded quickly to a few small issues we had during our stay.

Great place for friends get-away

The property is beautiful and well-maintained. The staff was quite courteous and prompt. It's located close to everything. The bay it looks over is the same used by the car barge; noise isn't an issue. The kitchen is great and well stocked. A great property that I would recommend.

Had a fantastic stay. Our condo was beautiful and was absolutely the most well equipped place we have ever stayed. Delrise even had groceries delivered before we arrived! When they say just bring your suitcase -they are not kidding. Can’t wait to go back.

We had a wonderful time. The owners were so very hospitable, finding us dinner reservations to helping accommodate a boat charter. The pictures don’t even do this place justice. We will definitely stay here again.

Home away from home!

Super nice condo style, great for families and a 10 min walk to town for restaurants, groceries, hiking, everything. Delrise and Delbert do an amazing job and keep the place sparkling. Truly enjoyed our time at Sea Shore Allure!

Exceeded expectations, wonderful

Very luxurious condominium 900 yards from the center of life in Cruz Bay, with easy parking. Everything on the property was all newly redone. The owner is personally involved with meticulous attention to detail since it is a local family business. There is a steep hill separating the property from the noise but most people would walk it. The owner provided an unannounced invitation to a high quality catered reception with steel drum music on Friday.

Gorgeous property

This was one of the nicest properties that we have ever stayed in. The unit was equipped with absolutely everything.... The furnishings were all first class. The views were amazing and the outdoor amenities were above my expectations from the outdoor bar, swimming pool and hot tub. Absolutely fantastic! Delrise was great to work with and very attentive to all needs. Our only down comment was we were under the impression that is was closer to Cruz Bay.

Perfect on many levels

My family stayed here during winter break and loved it. With only 6 units at the resort, the pool and hot tub were never in use when we used them. The setting was amazing on the water, and our suite was beautiful. Tons of upgrades, everything we needed from coffee pots and blenders to coolers and beach chairs - even snorkel equipment!. Laundry detergent, plastic bags to pack sandwiches, beach/pool towels - we felt very much at home. The owner gave us a tour and we saw him daily as he made sure everything was to our liking. It's hard to find that personal touch. About a half mile to Cruz Bay, most of the shops and restaurants were open. We did a fishing/snorkel charter with Cleve, from Local Flavors, which was fabulous, as recommended by the owner. At Majo Bay, we swam with sea turtles, snorkeled at Trunk and Hawksnest, and swam in some waves at Cinnamon on windy days. We really liked grabbing paninis/salads, etc. at Gourmet To Go and the deli above it above the main grocery store (Marketplace?)

Very nice well appointed property

Walking distance to town Very attentive owners. Delrise and Delbert were great and nice hosts. Highly recommend to anyone We went to a different beautiful beach everyday.

The proximity of Sea Shore Allure's location to the town of Cruz Bay was one of the main factors in our decision to build our luxury boutique resort property in this spot. With one, two and 3 bedroom units all available we tailor to your personal or group accommodation needs. You can walk into town through old Cruz Bay, or you may quickly drive there, where there is access to shopping and dining venues. We like the closeness to the VI National Park, the Audobon Society's Wildlife Refuge area, and even our island's public tennis courts. And, then of course, there is the fact that we are right on the water!
