House is available for winter rentals from September 15, 2025. Freshly painted new bathroom, 3 bedrooms all brand new beds and box springs, 1 bath, plus an outside shower, fully air-conditioned & heated, full kitchen new stove and cabinets, 4 flat-screen TV's, DVD, internet, High-speed Wi-Fi, cable, 2 new couch's fully furnished, full-size washer & dryer, all appliances, towels, utensils included, two beach chairs, three parking passes included with one private off-street parking spot. Walking distance to Jenkinson's, fishing, sailing, boating, aquarium, and many fine restaurants. Outside table, chairs, and umbrella. The calendar is filling up fast.

Cozy beach house

We truly enjoyed our stay for the week of Fourth of July this home was Comfy cozy and relaxing All the families along the path super friendly the owner and his wife so kind and responsive with any questions and concerns The reserved spot for parking is definitely a plus parking is a premium there and especially during a holiday once the holiday passed it was better definitely would book again so close to the beach and boardwalk once you park your car no need to move it for the week Personally just would not stay during a holiday due to an autistic son with sensory issues so the Saturday before the 4th too many crowds but after that very family oriented thank you for allowing us to stay we really enjoyed it

Great Location

Furnishings are a little dated. Other than that a great stay. House is 5 houses from the boardwalk. Walking distance to attractions and restaurants. Reserved parking spot is a big plus, as street parking is very tough.

Jersey Shore? This Is Where You Want To Be

I have history in that area and have vacationed previously on that same walk street (different house). The vacationing location is simply not beatable, and the fact that there's an off-site parking space is massive as that area is so congested in the summer. It looks to me that the house itself could sleep as many as 9 without anybody on the floor. That might prove challenging sharing the one tiny bathroom but there's also an outdoor shower which would help post-beach. The place is close to everything, but just far enough away from the amusements to escape them when you want to. The neighbors sit out, super quiet but friendly. Wayne the owner was very communicative and helpful. Zero problems which is unusual. Would re-visit if back in the area, and that's the greatest compliment of all!

Great location

This house has an excellent location to the beach and boardwalk, literally just steps away and it is right next-door to a delicious donut shop. Walking distance to pretty much everything in town, which was amazing . This was our second summer staying there and would definitely stay again.

Just the spot

We have just completed a week stay at this property. It is a cozy 3 bedroom that was well set up for our family. All supplies were present so we didn’t have to run out right away for them. The place is on a little lane 5 homes from the beach and boardwalk with rides, aquarium and a great (kosher) ice cream shop. The grandkids loved it. Wayne the owner is very nice. All in all, a good value, great memories. Bring the family, they supply the sand. Thank you, Wayne.

everything that was expected , casual, clean, steps from the beach and activities with parking and beach passes included.

Wonderfully close to beach and boardwalk.

We had major issues upon our arrival. The kitchen sink; bathroom sink; and the shower were all clogged up and therefore unusable. Contacted owner who told us to attempt plunging them and adding Liquid Plumber. We attempted to comply to no avail. He finally showed up at midnight with a snake and better plunger and was able to clear. The next day they were all clogged up again. He finally showed up with a real plumber on Monday who finally cleared them all. On tuesday the toilet bowl would not flush and he came back with the plumber at 10pm. The house was less than clean and my wife cleaned the kitchen and dining room floors. We also were informed by email two days before arrival which was not spelled out in the original agreement that we would have to wash and dry all bed linens and remake the beds. I have never heard of such a requirement. Overall the owner was less than forthcoming and accommodating for his guests. We would not recommend this location to anyone.

A great vacation home to enjoy time with family and friends

The house was very nice and clean when we arrived. It is in a great location which is perfect for friends and families of all ages. The beach and neighbors were very friendly and the owners were very accommodating and friendly. My friends and family would definitely rent this house again for another vacation.

Location, Location, Location!!!

Great spot close to the water. The owner, Wayne worked with us, getting us parking passes and an off street parking space. A/C, Washer/Dryer, TVs in the bedrooms and Internet gave us all the comforts of home! No need to bring or rent linens .... this house supplies it all!

Great Value for Great Location!

Totally pleasant experience with the owner Wayne. He was very accommodating and nice. He was flexible with our arrival time and number of days. Allowed us to have our small dog which was wonderful. The house had everything we needed, but we did bring our own sheets and towels anyway. Air conditioning worked great. Felt very spacious for our family. The best part was it was a few steps to the beach and Jenkinson's Boardwalk was right there too. The kids would go up at night to play games and get ice cream and loved it. It was a gated street, so it felt very private and safe. You get two parking passes, but even if your not lucky enough to get a spot on the street, Wayne has a private parking spot just around the block which was a nice plus! Great restaurant right across the street, we ate there 3 times. Kids loved the sandwich shop at the end of the street where they got breakfast each day. After we left and the house was inspected, Wayne mailed our security deposit back immediately just as promised. Everything was convenient, clean and we would definitely rent 10 Brunswick Place again!
