The Space:

Welcome back to beautiful Puerto Vallarta

As you can see online, including recent videos from travelers and influencers like Nick Guillory, the city is fully back to normal and shining again. Authorities responded immediately and efficiently.

Any temporary one-day disruptions were resolved quickly, and normal operations were restored without lasting impact on the destination.



All our buildings are fully operational, the international airport is running on schedule, and our concierge team is excited to welcome and assist you.

The beaches, restaurants, and vibrant atmosphere that make Vallarta so special are here, safe and thriving.

Avalon 801 is a testament to luxury living, where space and elegance converge. Located in a prime spot in the building, this condo offers an expansive living experience, marked by its sophisticated design and panoramic views.



Upon entering, you are welcomed into a large living space that exudes luxury and comfort. The area is elegantly furnished, providing a lavish setting for relaxation or entertaining guests. The centerpiece of this space is the master bedroom, a sanctuary of tranquility featuring a plush king-size bed. This bedroom boasts direct access to the condo's private pool, offering a seamless transition from rest to relaxation. The en-suite bathroom is exceptionally spacious, complete with a luxurious bathtub, perfect for unwinding in style.



The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring state-of-the-art appliances and sleek design elements. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area is ideally positioned to take advantage of the stunning views, making every meal a memorable experience. Fully equipped: Stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, utensils, dishes, and glassware in 10 pieces, enough if you receive visitors!

We also provide coffee, sugar, kitchen oil, paper towels, salt and pepper.



The terrace is a crowning feature of Avalon 801. It offers a breathtaking view of the sea and city, creating a perfect backdrop for relaxation or dining al fresco. The private pool on the terrace adds an extra layer of indulgence, allowing you to enjoy a refreshing swim with a view.



The second bedroom is designed with comfort in mind, equipped with two twin beds, a small balcony, and a private bathroom. This room provides a cozy retreat for guests, ensuring privacy and tranquility.



The Skybar of Avalon is unlike any other in Puerto Vallarta. It contains breathtaking panoramic views of the entire bay and city. We have 2 beautiful infinity pools, the blue Miami-style pool is heated with a jacuzzi and luxurious tanning beds. The Green Ecological pool was built with the jungle in mind. This beautiful pool fits right in with the surrounding jungle so you feel like you are floating with the trees. The pool also has luxurious tanning beds.



The building has 24-hour security staff in the lobby.



Guest Access:

Located on the 8th floor of the Avalon building, Avalon 801 gives you easy and convenient access to the building's shared amenities (Gym, Sauna, Green Pool & Blue Pool).



Any type of noise beyond what is considered reasonable is not permitted in the apartments or the common areas. All residents, guests, or renters have the right to enjoy a tranquil environment. Glass is not permitted in the pool area. Please use cans or plastic cups and containers for beverages. Only music players with personal headphones are allowed at the pool area, boom boxes or amplified music is not allowed. Do not hang clothes, towels, or bathing suits on the glass rails of your balcony or balcony furniture. Please wipe down the equipment with the spray and paper towels provided in the gym.



For your comfort also, we work in the area from 9 am to 6 pm Monday - Friday and 9 am to 1 pm Saturdays. Anything you need we will be ready to quickly assist you!



The Neighborhood:

This 8th-floor apartment, located in an incredible Building (Avalon Condos) in Puerto Vallarta, is just 10 mins away from beaches, restaurants, bars, theater, discos, spas, salons, ATMs, grocery stores, pharmacies, hospitals! And important to mention, that the building is pretty safe and quiet.



If you like to party but also sleep well, this is a place for you!

If you are planning your family vacations, this place is spacious and adorable!

If you come with your loved one, we can help you to prepare a romantic dinner.

And of course, if you come by yourself, the quiet and views will be comforting.



Getting Around:

Uber and taxis are available in the area anytime.



If you require Airport transportation we have a suburban available for $120 USD. Just let us know if you want the service.



If you have a car, we include private parking with your stay and 24/7 Security.



Other Things to Note:

CHECK-IN: From 3:00 PM. Your concierge will welcome you in the lobby.

CHECK-OUT: At 11:00 AM. Please wait for your concierge to return the keys and check the apartment.

CLEANING: Scheduled cleaning is included in your stay (exceptions may apply).

PETS: ONLY Service animals are admitted with official documentation. $120 USD pet fee per stay.

GARDENING: You must allow the gardeners to enter; otherwise, a $20 USD fee will be charged for each day they are not allowed access.

VISITORS: Max 2 visitors allowed (not overnight). Unauthorized overnight guests will incur a fee.

ENERGY USAGE:

Your stay includes 25 kWh/day. Help us save energy by turning off lights and A/C when not in use.

The unit has NEST AC controllers – we’ll gladly show you how they work.

Recommended settings: 22–24°C (72–75°F), turn off when leaving the apartment. If you set the AC below 72°F, the system will automatically shut off for safety reasons.

HOUSE RULES:

– No parties allowed

– Keep music volume low

– Smoking is strictly forbidden inside

– Respect the space and the neighbors

– We offer extra services: airport transfers, grocery stocking, restaurant and tour bookings (extra fees may apply)

Unauthorized overnight guests → $200 USD/night per person

Excessive noise or unauthorized party → $150 USD + possible eviction

Biological waste (e.g., excrement outside toilet, used condoms) → $300 USD (specialized disinfection)

Parties, drugs, or prostitution → $500 USD fine + immediate report

Amazing!

Most beautiful condo I’ve ever stayed in!!! Felt like I was part of Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous. The view is priceless. Private pool was such a nice touch. Very luxurious condo.

Amazing condo with stunning views of PV

The condo itself and the property were absolutely amazing. The one bedroom had two double beds with an onsuite bathroom. One had two twin beds. The master was huge and gorgeous with a private infinity pool style hot tub overlooking PV. The staff were very friendly. Host was very responsive. I would highly recommend this condo.

Avalon Perfection

This is the second time I've stayed at a property at the Avalon -- beautiful property and location. Lila and Civeth were wonderful to work with and responded to all of our questions quickly. I would definitely recommend any property managed by them.

Close to Heaven

You look down from one of the highest points in Puerto Vallarta. The view is unparallel, and gorgeous.. High ceilings in a very clean contemporary design. Everything is 5 star. Any King would be happy here. The host accommodations were outstanding, the front desk was courteous and prompt. We will be back ASAP.

Stunning Views

I have stayed at the Avalon once before and decided to book my trip here again this year. The views are heavenly, it's a $5 cab ride to all of the action. The property is quiet, clean and feels safe. My only complaint was that the bed sheets weren't changed once in an entire week. Aside from that, the cleaners were great, the communication from management was excellent and overall it was a perfect stay, again. I will be back!

Excellent condo. Definitely beat views in PV. Beautiful building, exceptional staff, and property management. Getting a cab/Uber can be a little difficult but a breeze in town. Walked down the hill but never up. Check-in process needs improvement, especially if you paid the damage deposit early like we did. Otherwise, perfection!

The pictures aren't as good as the place!

You know when you are on VRBO looking for that next great vacation? The pictures of the place make it look incredible, then when you arrive you think.."Wow the photographer did a great job making this place look way better than it is? Well NOT THE CASE HERE!!! When we walked in the door, we were blown away by how amazing the place was. Don't get me wrong, the pictures are fantastic, but the place is better! Arrival was super easy, and Jennifer was incredibly helpful with anything we needed. I strongly recommend having a chef come to the house. We had Diego and his wife cook for us 2 nights. Traditional Mexican food was incredible, but the fresh sushi?!? Amazing. We are hoping to repeat the same trip next year.

Nice place, terribly managed and still waiting for refund of damage deposit

The place is great. Immaculate even but beware. I have not received any communication from the owner since we checked in. There is a large damage deposit that is allegedly refundable however almost 3 weeks later no refund has been issued. The owner does not respond to multiple emails. VRBO so far has been no help either. Good thing I took photos of every room before we left. I had a funny feeling about this owner and did not want to take any chances. Will update this review once resolved.

Hola, hola! The deposit refund was automatic for 7 days after check out. We were also new in the app and didn't know right how it worked. We now are more careful and you are still totally welcome here :) comeback soon anytime, we will give you a night for free as a courtesy for the inconvenients.

This is an Excellent Apartment

The views are just stunning from this 8th-floor apartment. I would definitely stay here again. The property gets 4 of 5 stars for a few items that might bother some more than others. Pros - The place is larger, very clean and VERY Private. Staff comes daily to clean the place and its perfect for two couples, but it can sleep six. The furnishings are up-to-date and it was a delight to come back to the place to watch the setting sun every day. Also when there was an issue the response time was AMAZINGLY fast. Cons - There is only one TV and is it a room with a lounge bed (3rd sleeping area, not the main room). If you don't plan on spending any time watching TV than this won't bother you. There are two sets of sliding doors for privacy, one for the master bathroom and one for the third sleeping area. One of the doors for the third sleeping area could not be physically reached and thus could not be closed (we didn't need room as a sleeping area this so this was not a problem). The door for master bedroom bath were often off its track at the bottom (cleaning crew would push them too for back when cleaning) and you had to play with it a bit to get it on track and closed properly. Lastly, the pool within the unit could use some refinishing to make it more visually appealing. With the small fixes above this is a five-star property.

Our TV'S are on his way from Amazon haha, we tought only one tv will be good for a vacational place but we have a few more people requesting more units so we are improving our services and soon we will have more! We will try screens instead of this huge doors, may be easier for everyone. Actually, we will check all doors! haha. Next high season you will see a modern renovated pool, for sure! Quiet apartment with an amazing view

I recently stayed five nights in unit 1002 which was a perfect perch for my 40th. The unit we had booked (801) had some issue with the A/C so Lila let informed us an hour before we arrived that 1002 would be our unit. It was a little disappointing at first because I had my heart set on the perfect corner but having A/C was more important. I soon realized the view in 1002 was just as good if not better. I watched the sunset every day from the splash pool and also loved the city view at night with its lights and fireworks. Avalon is a quiet community and not a party building which was fine with me (it was low season so no bartenders in the heated pool below and no amplified music allowed by pools). There is no construction nose from the city as it is so high up (unique for PV as you often hear construction). What I did hear was the ocean crashing at night which is lovely. There was construction in the unit above us, one unit over, but we only heard them twice and the workers were very quiet and rarely seen. Lila was prompt with her responses while we stayed there and worked fast to resolve a concern we had with the splash pool (within 2 hours!) Mary the housekeeper came everyday around 11 am. She was happy to give us extra time if we asked too (she just waits downstairs). She could only speak Spanish so we used Google Translate which worked fine. She took the spare key which is normal. She always rang the bell first. We tipped her 50-100 pesos daily and paid her for groceries which she graciously had upon arrival (needs 24 notice). The gym at Avalon is amazing and some things not mentioned in the listing is that there is a squat rack with Olympic Bar, free weights, Smith machine, Hammer Strength, and cable machines. They also had resistance bands, foam rollers, lots of dumbbells and barbells, and a steam room/shower room with lockers. No kettlebells or bench press bar holder so I used the rack. If you make too much noise with the weights you might get some old lady scolding you, but otherwise I loved the gym. Kitchen was serviceable but minimal (no spices or plastic wrap for example). The Nespresso machine was great and Lila let us bring our own pods. No stereo or speaker in unit 1002 but they have Apple TV. Overall, this is an amazing spot and we loved it. You have to take Uber to/from but it was always just 45-60 pesos to most of Olas Atlas so totally worth it.

Wonderful place. No complaints. Gorgeous views. Beautiful and well maintained property with a huge pool and hot tub. Loved the gym. The unit is self is impeccable but somewhat spartan in decor. The 3rd bedroom is right off the living room and there is no bathroom in the living space. This was a SLIGht inconvenience overnight as people sleeping in the 3rd bedroom had to go into one of the other bedrooms to use the bathroom. But overall a very minor thing I merely point out for completeness. I would definitely stay here again. You also need an UBER to pretty much come and go. But they are inexpensive and easy to get. On the top of a the hills so very serene and quiet which was perfect for us.
