Pointe Santo B35 on Sanibel Island. Lovely view of the beach and the pool.

Point Santo is now open. The pool/hot tub are all redone and are lovely. The pool pavilion should be completed very soon.

Our condo was remodeled after hurricane Ian. The kitchen was completely remodeled, and all the flooring (except in the bathrooms) was replaced.

Located on 10 acres of tropical paradise, Pointe Santo de Sanibel is one of the premiere and most highly sought after condominium complexes on Sanibel Island. You will enjoy the lovely view of the Gulf of Mexico from this third-floor unit B35.

Enjoy a morning walk on the beach or just relax by the pool. Whatever you choose to do, you will fall in love with Sanibel Island.

Relaxing Weekend

The property has a great location with good views and easy access to the beach. It was clean, comfortable, organized and had all of the conveniences we needed. I would stay here again.

Spacious condo at beach

We had a great stay on Sanibel at Pointe Santo. Walk for hours shelling, swim in the gulf or lounge by the pool or on beach. Conveniently located near Sanibel and Captiva restaurants and shops.

Dream vacation

My friend had always wanted to visit Sanibel. After viewing several properties and narrowing it down to the one with the best view we chose this one. We found perfection! The pictures are just the way we found it and the view from the balcony was like a travel brochure. The host answered questions before and during in record time. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and beds/ furniture are very comfortable. The property is right on the beach and shells are abundant. It would be nice if the complex provided luggage carts to make moving in/out a little easier (not the host’s fault). Although the beach is the main reason you are there, the internet access and provided television lineup was awesome. Thank you for all you provide! We would love to come again.

Perfect location to enjoy Sanibel/Captiva.

My wife and I stayed in this spacious condo for an extended weekend and were not at all disappointed! For the same price (or less) as most hotels on the island, we had two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. It was also cleaner than many hotels we've stayed in, which is always appreciated, and the A/C was on, so it was nice and cool when we arrived. This being our first trip to Sanibel/Captiva, I wasn't entirely sure where the best place to stay might be. The islands aren't very big, but the low speed limits make travel time a little longer than one might expect. This location was PERFECT. We visited multiple beaches at all points along both islands during our stay, but there's absolutely nothing wrong with the beach in front of the complex, which we enjoyed the afternoon of our arrival. I would only say that this might not be an ideal location for someone with mobility problems (third floor walk-up, as stated clearly in the listing), but the assigned parking space is conveniently located immediately next to the staircase. Perhaps most importantly when renting through VRBO or any other site is the owner. I'm happy to report that Kathy was fantastic to deal with. Although we never met personally (the key was waiting for us in a lock box), she was very responsive, very friendly, and very accommodating. We usually prefer to rent like this rather than stay in a hotel if we'll be someplace for more than a couple of days, and she was a standout among owners we've met. If we ever return to Sanibel/Captiva, I would certainly stay here again before considering any other location.

Beautiful Condo and Complex - hope Ian was not too hard

Loved our stay, first time at Pointe Santo and it was wonderful. We did not keep a car on the island and just biked where we wanted to go - this was any easy location for doing that because there is so much right up Tarpon Bay road. Wishing the best for Sanibel after Ian.

Great vacation

We could not have asked for a better vacation! This property sure helped us to achieve that! The condo is in a great location on the property and in relation to the beach. The condo was clean and perfect for our family of 6. The owner was quick to answer any questions we had before and during our visit. I hope to use this condo again some day!!

sanibel rental

a few early problems that received prompt attention by our host who was great. But poor cleaning in HVAC closet, that was filled with layers k7of dust, was never addressed. All beds are worn and sagging very badly. They really need to be replaced. The master is so worn that the indentations on both sides are easily visible under the bedspread.

Fantastic is the best way to describe our lodging!

Totally seamless. Easy to book and the location of being a 2 minute walk to the beach was fantastic. My only concern was the mattress was a bit too soft, but taking into consideration that I am 75 years old with cancer in my back- I would return again next year. Maybe by then, the chemo will have done its job. Thanks to Kathy. p.s. tell the cleaner to dust the top of the refrigerator. Of course, being 6ft 5in I was the only one who saw the dust. Like my late mom used to say, if you can see it, dust it yourself!

My review will have nothing to do with owner. Renovations going on, noise, and cleanliness not good. There was a horrific smell when you walked out the door, like rotting fish? The pool area the spa the beach all awesome. The condo we rented had two bedrooms and then a pull-out sofa I do not recommend the pull-out sofa for adults.

Great Sanibel Condo

Had a great girls' trip at this condo! Beautiful view of the beach, Gulf and pool from the lanai. Great kitchen space for us to cook up a meal with all the kitchen items we needed. Slightly outdated furniture and bedding, but this did not phase us - we loved the place and the owner communicated with us immediately when we reached out to her with a question. Suggestion to future travelers: if you plan to use the beach, bring your own beach chairs and umbrella, if possible. The chairs left at the condo are outdated and rusted and the beach umbrella was missing a pole to make it usable. That aside, we would definitely stay at this place again and work with the owner who was wonderful!

Great condo!

It is a wonderful condo equipped with everything we needed. It was extremely clean, super short walk to beach, great screened in lanai, view of ocean. Will be booking condo again, just for longer!

Very nice place!

We loved staying here! The location was perfect and view excellent. The condo was exactly as pictured and we had plenty of room. The only small thing that was inconvenient was neither bathroom had a blowdryer. If I had known this I would have packed one, but it would be nice if the owner would add one in each bathroom. We would definitely stay here again!

First time, but not the last!

Just wrapped up our first trip to Sanibel and we are hooked! This was an excellent location to stay! The Pointe was roomy and nicely decorated. The beach was beautiful and full of shells! The other guests were so friendly. Conversations at the hot tub in the evenings are a must! We had an issue with the dishwasher, but it was fixed quickly and the maintenance staff was very nice. We definitely recommend the Pointe!
