The property offers a fantastic large infinity pool with unspoilt views across the mountains of Patara and Kalkan and is based between Islamlar and Kalkan in a local hamlet called (Uz) that has a few local restaurants, fresh butchers and all you need from a market that offers fresh fish /rotary chicken and will provide a service delivery. The local AKA will offer breakfast and service delivery.
The standard of the villa and furnishings are very high standard. The villa has travertine stone floors throughout the bathrooms and new rainforest showers were added in 2022. New Windows Added in 2025 and brand new travertine all around the property in 2026 and a new bathing 2026

Brand New Mosquito nets in all patio doors built inside 2025 to allow air through the property.

There are three kitchen areas to provide private space for individuals and couples should they choose. One on the top floor, ground and annexe level. Large outside table for alfresco dinning with sunbeds and umbrellas. Five bedrooms - Four of the bedrooms have comfortable king size divan beds, and one bedroom has twin divan beds, dressing tables with mirrors, beside cabinets and wardrobes. All bedrooms and terraces have unspoilt sea and mountain views.

Please note this property is owned by an english couple that have a Turkish registered Ltd company and are uptodate on recent licensing laws and the necessary permits.

Please also note the access to the villa is via lots of steps.

The villa has wi fi and overall plenty of space for each individual to relax and enjoy their holiday.

Check out is 12 noon ready for cleaning for the next guests

We had a wonderful 2 week stay. The villa was lovely - very comfortable and well furnished, the air conditioning being a welcome feature (it was really hot when we were there!) Beautiful views and lovely pool too. Communication was excellent both from Suzie, the owner and Ali who managed the property. The drive to Kalkan is about 10 minutes. There is so much to see and do in the area too. Highly recommend a visit.

An amasing view

What a fab villa!! A stones throw from Kalkan, far enough for a tranquil setting with stunning views and close enough to nip in for food in the evening. The villa was fully air-conditioned. The pool was a good size with stunning views. Lots to see and do in the surrounding area. It was nice to hear the call to prayer (just not at 5.30am). We wish we could have stayed longer.

Amazing Villa

This has been our fourth visit to Villa Suead and it was every bit as enjoyable as our first visit. Villa location is fantastic, pool wonderful and facilities excellent. Lovely tiling throughout and well furnished with quality items. Communication with the owner is excellent and timely. Whilst we love the seclusion of the villa, the local area has benefited from a good supermarket and a couple of great restaurants, which have opened since our last visit. The villa is far enough to avoid the increasing hustle and bustle of Kalkan but close enough to quickly and easily get there for an evening out. A great villa in a great location and we look forward to staying there again!

Incredible view

Villa well situated, but there was no hot water coming from showers and we were obliged to use the hot water coming from bathroom sink . I called many time the manager and he said will handle this , but unfortunately he never did it .

Fantastic Villa

We loved our stay at Villa Suead. The pool and the views are to die for. The air-con was a blessing. Being away from Kalkan was perfect for us - away from the hustle and bustle but only a 10 min drive to get in. Having a few restaurants and shops in a walkable distance from us was also great. The villa interior rooms all worked really well for us. We loved the ā€˜call for prayersā€™ from the local mosque. We even loved the steps!! A great workout and made us feel like we were on a film set. The villa layout is fantastic, and all feels top quality. Any minor issues or questions we had were dealt with quickly and efficiently by Ali. We are sad to be leaving but will always remember Villa Suead. Thank you very much

Wonderful Holiday

We arrived at Dalaman airport and hired a car. The journey from the airport was simple, Susie had provided easy to follow directions to the property. Collecting the keys on the way to the property. The property was clean and as described. The local supermarkets were very close. The locally baked bread is a must. We spent the first view days in the villa enjoying the pool and amazing views. Susie provided information about the local area and after a few days we venture out visiting the local markets, nearby beaches and Kalkan. Everything is very easy to access, only requiring a short car journey. The local restaurants are very affordable with lovely food and friendly staff. The restaurants in Kalkan are more expensive and busy, but well worth a visit. Parking in Kalkan can be a little challenging in the evening. If you have children that like branded clothes you can get some very good deals in Kalkan as well. We highly recommend this property and area. A nice relaxing holiday destination with plenty of places to visit and friendly people.

2 weeks at Villa SueAd - The Richmonds

Our flight was delayed so we didnā€™t arrive at the villa until 2am but that wasnā€™t the problem. The transfer from the airport to the villa went very smoothly and thankfully there was keen a young helper to carry the suitcases up the steps. We were a family of 5. Our daughters are 22 21 and 18. We all found the quality of the whole villa great. Rooms were roomy and lots of storage with loads of hangers. We spent most of our days by the pool just relaxing enjoying the sunshine, heat and great views from the pool. We even got use to the call to prays from the nearby mosque. Yes it starts early but we did t always hear it. The air conditioning at the villa was very good and very welcome. Whilst there are a lot of steps up to the villa the location and view is totally worth it. The restaurants in the village did good food but donā€™t sell / serve alcohol, which was good if you wanted a break from cooking as it made a night out very good value. Around Ā£55 for a big meal for 5 adults. The distance from Kalkan was a bit further than I imagined but the taxis were cheap and often. Kalkan offers lots of different bars and restaurants which we tried a lot!. We had 4 days at 2 different beach clubs which was great and a lot of fun being able to swim in the sea, have great food and drinks and be waited on. We would definitely recommend the villa and dealing with Sue was very easy. Our only comment would be that not all the showers worked fully but thatā€™s the only negative that I can say.

Belle villa sur les hauteurs de kalkan

Nous avons sƩjournƩ en famille pendant une semaine reposante dans la magnifique villa suade. Les indications de susie nous ont permis de retrouver facilement l office d Ali. Ali nous a prƩcisƩ toutes les infos nƩcessaires. La maison est comme sur la description. Elle est perchƩe en haut du village ce qui lui donne une vue incroyable sur les collines avoisinantes. Nager dans la piscine Ơ dƩbordement en contemplant ce paysage est exceptionnel.

Lovely well kept villa, very spacious private and comfortable.

All good. Very nicely laid out property on steep hill. 100 steps up to house was a challenge in the heat, but kept us fit! Lovely local shops within walking distance delicious fruit and very friendly. The agent was helpful and organised take aways and taxis for us. Only intrusion was very loud mosque right next door with speaker pointing directly at the house. Obviously part of the culture but was SO loud at 5am each day!!
