This end unit is centrally located in the club, away from the RR tracks and freeway, and it is the closest unit to the clubhouse.

Resort living at its best in our large 1,918 s.f. 2 BR/3 BA, plus a den unit. It has been remodeled with granite counter tops and tile floors.

Enjoy the golf course, mountain, pool, waterfall and clubhouse views from inside and outside of the condo.

This condo is located in the center of the resort well away from the traffic noise from the streets and tracks around the outskirts of the community.

Both bedrooms are SUITES with private bathrooms, and there is a hall bathroom outside of the den.

The Master has a king-sized bed with walk in closet and private bathroom, and the second bedroom is a suite, also with it’s own private bathroom.

TVs are in the living room, master bedroom and the 2nd bedroom suites.

The largest covered patio in the club sits on the #1 fairway on the Championship Course. This unit is the closest unit to the club house only steps away where you can enjoy Prime Rib Night, Pasta Night, Pizza Night, and Small Plate Nights. Additionally, Monday Night Football features hot dogs, burgers, popcorn, and drinks in the large lounge!

If you feel like taking a dip in the local pool and spa, just walk out the front door (see pictures).

Well-appointed, comfortable condo with great location.

This unit has everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The location is fantastic, at the end of a cul-de-sac, with a community pool right next door. The owner is very responsive to any questions, needs or concerns and was very easy to work with. We would definitely recommend this unit and plan on renting it again in the future.

We are glad you enjoyed the great location at the end of a cul de sac and next to the semi private pool and spa. It is also the closest unit to the clubhouse where you can enjoy the restaurants, shops, beauty salon, receive a spa treatment, or just enjoy the sunset in the lounge over a cocktail.

This is a great neighborhood. The swimming pool for the street is right next to this unit. It has a beautiful view of the golf course! We were able to play each of the courses on site through members we met during our stay. The beds are super comfortable. The bedroom, dining room and patio furniture are all new and the bathrooms recently renovated plus the interior was painted.

Relaxing and Enjoyable Vacation

This unit was terrific. The owner was delightful to work with, the views were magnificent . It had everything we needed or wanted . Very cleaned and well cared for . We would definitely rent this property again. Thank you for the nice stay .

Awesome time with my family.

We went for the Desert Trip concert of a life time and it didn't disappoint. Our choice of accommodations was perfect. The area is beautiful, the condo was the same as advertised. We were a family of 5 with our 2 daughters and one son in law so everyone had their own bedroom and bathrooms.The pool was right outside our door and no one but ourselves ever seemed to be swimming. I would certainly rent this again if I am ever in Palm Desert again.

Great Location

This was our 6th time renting at Palm Valley, this unit for the first time and it is def. our favourite, for one the location, could just walk over 5 min. to our tennis game in the morning or swimming which is handy if one of us needed the car to go somewhere else. Liked the layout of the condo and really appreciated the brand new updates like a brand new BBQ and newly tiled shower units, also communicating with the owners was easy and meeting them in person was a bonus! We suggested a Dustbuster we bought and got refunded no problem! Also enjoyed the view from the Northern facing patio watching the golfers tee off in the morning. Also we enjoyed discovering the area with our bikes and discovered right next to Cook Street at the Desert Willow a very nice restaurant setting for lunch. We normally like to stay 2 months, enough time to discover new hikes, bike routes, etc.....The unit has top location within Palm Valley.......and would therefore recommend it to friends......

Palm Valley CC rental

This review is long overdue, and for that I apologize. Our family has been renting this same condo from Ed for over 8+ yrs. We have enjoyed a GREAT relationship, both he and his wife are extremely responsive, courteous, and eager to please. The condo feels like our "second home", it is very comfortable and spacious. The location is very private, right next to the pool. This was important for my parents, and now, they would never consider any other location. The owners upgrade yearly, it's always fun to see whats "new". The back patio has spectacular views, perfect for our evening cocktails! The year round neighbors couldn't be nicer. Our family can't imagine staying any other place in the desert.

Great Place--Already signed up for next year!

Rented for three months this winter and are really enjoying it. Ed is a great host/owner and very responsive to questions or concerns. When we asked him to arrange a rental DVR for us (we're golf junkies) he instead bought one for the property. The end unit condo is in a great location, very quiet and immaculate. We're enjoying entertaining our friends here. The office in the 3d bedroom is perfect for our use, and the Murphy bed will be convenient when we have the grandkids down for spring break. Our 5th year of winter renting, and this is by far the best place we have found!

Desert Springs accommodation

This unit is to die for. Upgrades galore and spacious beyond expectations. Owner has taken pride in this unit and it was well worth the fee. This unit is perfect for two or three couples or a large family. The pool next to the unit feels like it is your own and private. Backyard is a focal point for entertaining or just watch the golfers go by. It is hard to believe that there would be a better unit and location than this one.

Great condo -- We're repeat visitors and will be back!

The Gestine's condos are great (they have a fabulous one bedroom on Begonia where I stay when I come alone.) This unit is modern, super clean, faces the mountains and my teenagers love that the pool and hottub are just a few feet out the door. I like that it's near the club if I want to go pick up lunch. Although, we love the BBQ and they ALWAYS have condiments (spices, oils, sugar, coffee, tea) and such in their condos which makes a huge difference. My family has a condo in PVCC and trust me, this is the best location in PVCC. For golf, head over to Desert Willows (public course) and enjoy a great meal. For basketball and tennis, the park nearby on Country Club is fabulous.

Thank you for your kind comments. We travel a lot, and know what makes a positive stay for us, so we strive to provide a great experience to all of our guests. We have had many people agree with you that this is the best location in the 1200+ unit gated, country club. We snapped it up when it became available a few years ago, and sold another one in the club just to make the jump to this unit. Some day we hope to retire there. The one bedroom unit that you have also stayed at (http://www.vrbo.com/434985) also has a great location near the clubhouse, but of course, can only accommodate two guests. We use the same cleaning people and same care philosophies for both units to have some consistency in our rentals. I'm glad you like both units. We hope to see you gain. Thanks again. Ed

Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Palm Valley. The location of the unit is very convenient, with great views of the golf course and the water features surrounding the club house area. The community pool is only a few steps from the unit and it kind of felt like it was our private pool. The unit itself is nicely maintained, with some attractive recent renovations done to it. Ed was a pleasure to deal with, allowing us an early check-in and very accomodating when we wanted to extend our stay by an additional day. Would definitely rent this unit again in the future.

Great location.

Down from Seattle in the sun for 4 days of golf and little relaxation. Great place, great neighbors, great golf and overall excellent time had by all. Thanks for allowing us to use your place during our Palm Desert stay!! Only negative was that there was little time left to enjoy the close pool and jacuzzi.

Location, location, location...gorgeous condo, beautiful view!

Hello Ed...Just wanted to let you know we had a great time in Palm Desert. It was hot out but we were able to enjoy the pool right next to the condo, and having AC kept us cool. Since we had membership priviledge at Palm Valley Golf Club, we were able to play golf everyday and not feel like we were too far away from the rest of the family who don't. The property is well kept, nicely decorated and provided everything we needed. We will definitely refer others and visit again in the future. Thank you for your hospitality!

My husband, 17yr. old daughter and myself enjoyed 3 nights at this location. We really enjoyed being so close to and having the use of a semi-private pool and spa. The view of the golf course was beautiful. It was close to shopping, golf courses and restaurants. We enjoy Arnold Palmers, and Castellies. Nice place to just relax.

Simply the best location in Palm Valley Country Club

This unit is definitely the best location in Palm Valley. At the end of a cul de sac within walking distance to the clubhouse, restaurants, spa, health club, tennis & other amenities makes this a special place to spend your vacation with or without children! The home is steps from the community pool/spa, which only had a couple of other people there on one of the weekends. The unit has "Tommy Bahama" style furnishings, the kitchen is fully stocked and the only suggestion for the owners is to upgrade the linens and bath/beach towels with better quality. Other than that, we would definitely rent this unit again!

We are happy to have the reputation of "the best location in Palm Valley". We agree that being the end unit on a quiet cul-de-sac; with a pool and spa that feels like your own just outside the door; the mountain, triple fairway, lake and waterfall views the unit offers; and being the closest unit to the clubhouse is what makes this location the best. No interior unit, or even any other end unit, can offer quite the same experience. The pool and spa just outside the door is one of almost 50 local pools in the resort, which is what makes it seem like your own private pool. For those who wish to mix and mingle with other resort guests, the clubhouse olympic-sized pool and mega spa is just 100 yards away. We have already purchased new bath towels, and new beach towels and linens are on the way. We look forward to accomodating all of our future guests to the fullest extent possible to make their experience in this desert resort oasis as enjoyable as possible.

My wife and I bought this property almost 20 years ago as we felt that it was the best location in the most fun club in the desert. We had it advertised as a vacation rental for many years but turned it into a long term rental 5 years ago.

We miss using it when it was always rented so now we decided to go back to a vacation rental for our guests to enjoy in the busiest of times while we could also use it when not occupied.

We previously owned another unit in the back of the club near the freeway and train noise, and when this became available we jumped on it.

We love Palm Valley since it is one of the few private, gated community clubs with year-round activity.

With over 1200 condos, the clubhouse, with its shops, a salon, a spa, 2 restaurants and a lounge are open year round with activity.

We have the closest unit to the clubhouse. Our end unit in a private cul de sac is less than 100 yards to the clubhouse shops and restaurants.

We enjoy walking over to Friday's Pasta Night, a Coachella Valley tradition, Sunday Brunch, the lounge, spa, and the golf and tennis shops for the new trends in attire.

The amenities are unparalleled with a semi-private pool and spa just outside the door. After an enjoyable day outdoors, we love sitting on the patio watching the golfers, or going to the hot tub to relax or pool for more activity.
