Fantastic 14-day stay at this beatiful villa just outside St Muguel. Everything needed for a pleasant stay was available to us and the very kind and helpful hosts helped out whenever we asked. Kitchen is well equipped and bedrooms are cooled perfectly in the intense Ibiza summer heat (perhaps because it is vacation but actually slept better than most of the time at home). The absolute gem of this place is the pool area with an amazing sunset view of the surrounding landscape and mountains, so beautiful! Spent half of our 14 days at the villa pool and the other half at the beach. Several outdoor dining areas to choose from as well. Hosts were very thorough to ensure the pool was always clean and PH was at optimal levels. It was hard to leave :)Thanks Joseph and Leah

Ultimate relaxation

It’s a lovely characteristic house with the most wonderful view! Relax and chill, swim and read. Rent a suv for the bumpy hill and to enjoy the shortcut to la Paloma! Josep and Leah are the nicest people

Stunning

We visited this beautiful villa in low season. It was simply magical. Ibiza is so calm out of peak season. I would highly recommend a trip during May or October, the beaches are quiet, restaurants have space & overall a more relaxing experience. Josep was a super friendly host. The villa had everything & extras that you’d need on holiday. It’s like staying at your friends home.

Great Villa with awesome sunset view

The property is located in a very quite spot of Ibiza and ideal to relax and enjoy the view. The villa is in very good condition and you have everything you need. The host is also very kind and makes you feel comfortable. If you don't mind to drive 20-30 minutes to the hot spots of Ibiza I would highly recommend this Villa. The sunsets are amazing. The connecting roads to the house are very bumpy so I would recommend a small sized SUV if you come by car. A Fiat 500 would do it as well but you would need to be very careful. Nonetheless the stay was great and we would always come back.

Idyllic

Where do we start? We were initially drawn to the villa by the pictures of the beautiful pool deck - On arrival, to our delight, our immediate impression was that the pictures do not do it justice. We had plans to explore a little of Ibiza, and we did, but the outside areas of the villa were so beautiful, and the view from it likewise, that it was hard to pull us away. Throughout the exterior and interior the villa has character - it you are looking for stark minimalism this isn’t for you - But if you are looking for a warm personality and charm, this villa is definitely for you. Josep was easy to deal with and on arrival met us at an easy to find location, so that he could help us find our way to the villa (not difficult, but that first guided arrival did help). Josep spent time with us to take us through every aspect of the villa and provide details of restaurants and places to go - A great host! We had a great week! Thank you!

Perfect spot for a quiet, relaxing holiday

The villa is in a lovely remote spot, perfect for getting away from it all. Josep and Leah were perfect hosts and we were given lots of information on arrival to make sure we made the most of our holiday, along with some fresh basil from Josep's herb garden. The villa itself was well equipped with everything we might need, even down to condiments and dishwasher tabs. Take the advice to hire an SUV as the road up to the villa is both bumpy and steep at times but once you get there, there are great views over the farmland below and particularly as the sun sets in the evening. There is a great selection of outdoor furniture and lots of places to sit whether you are baking in the sun or seeking a bit of shade. The only thing that could have made it better would have been if the air con was in the bedroom rather than the living room as the week we stayed was particularly hot and the fans were quite noisy for sleeping. It didn't spoil the holiday though. All in all, we had a wonderful holiday in beautiful surroundings. Thankyou Josep and Leah. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful villa, great location & beautiful views!

We had a wonderful holiday in this villa and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a secluded villa in a picturesque setting with great access to all the beautiful beaches and villages Northern Ibiza has to offer. We did a lot of travelling around the whole island, but spent a few days just relaxing by the pool and many evenings cooking on the barbecue, watching the sun set over the mountains with a glass of cava - bliss. Josep and Leah couldn't have been more helpful, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. With a 6 year old daughter and 3 year old son, favourite beaches included Cala Lenya and Cala Saint Vicent (the far end is best), but Cala d'Hort was also a hit - especially after we had climbed to the top of the cliff to see the Torre des Cap des Jueu with views overlooking Es Vedra. We also had a great time at the Sirenis Aquagames waterpark - our 6 year old enjoyed this so much we had to go twice! Luckily you can get reduced price tickets if you just go for the afternoon between 2-6pm. Another favourite was the glass-bottom boat from Portinatx. The beach area is very touristy, but once on the boat you can appreciate the beautiful coastal area and amazing rock formations (plus if you are lucky you might get to see a squid or two)! We would love to come and stay again some time - thank you Josep and Leah for helping to make our holiday so special!

Dear Sophie and family: Thank you so much for this beautiful review, we're very glad that you enjoy it so much. It's good to know that our hard work has positive results. As you've seen the North of the island is the last corner of the original Eivissa, very far from the party crowds... All the best. Josep and Leah.
