This modern villa has just been completely renovated with beautiful sea views and within walking distance of the beach. The villa is an ideal summer rental, and boasts a unique, timeless style of modern design, materials and furniture. It is located with stunning views to the sunset close to Cala Salada, a fantastic pool and outdoor seating areas. Very family friendly, with a dedicated play area for children.

Casa Laguna is absolutely stunning. The decor, the pool, the views are simply perfect even at night, watching the sunset Location is perfect, make sure you hire a car to make the most of your trip. I would go back to Casa Laguna in a heartbeat.

Amazing property

Such a lovely villa in a great location. Richard and emelie were so great and helpful. Only thing that could be improved is more regular cleaning - the cleaners only came once a week so it gets quite messy/ sandy by the end of the week.

Wonderful house!

We enjoyed this beautiful house immensely. Really everything was right in this house. Like being at home in your own house with a complete kitchen, fine bathrooms and good bedrooms. The pool is also top! You feel that there is a lot of love in this house. We will definitely come back again.

Summer getaway 2025

We had a wonderful stay in this fantastic villa. The views are breathtaking and we enjoyed many eveningā€™s on the large rooftop terrace which had plenty of comfy seating. Everything has been designed with attention to detail, and a lot of love, to provide ultimate relaxation and family fun. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The BBQ is of top quality and was well used. The villa has private parking, swimming pool and plenty of outdoor space, including lovely gardens to chill in the sun or shade should you prefer. Everything you need is close by, from supermarkets to restaurants and local beaches, which were easily accessible by car or taxi. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning very soon.

Beautiful property for a relaxing holiday

The villa is on a quiet street with a beautiful view and has plenty of room for a family or small group. The outside space and pool are excellent if the weather is good. When the weather is not so nice, the interior has heating and a wood burner. We had some small issues with water pressure but the property manager is very responsive and helped us with the issues. Overall a great stay!

An excellent choice for any traveler

This property is located on the hills between San Antonio and Cala Salada. It is quiet and offers spectacular sunset views over the sea. The property itself is spacious, confortable and the luxurious kitchen has everything one needs. There are several terraces/outside space to sit and relax while admiring the views. Thanks to the coal BBQ and outside dinning table you can have dinner outside. The pool is above average size and is beautifully furnished. Checking in and out is easy and the property contact is lovely. This is the second time I rent the property and I will no doubt return.

Fantastic Place

Stayed at this villa, July 24 to August 1, we were 2 couples. The place is fantastic,the pictures really don't do it justice. Most places are either really huge or have that rustic old time feel to it. This villa has a modern decor and just enough room not to feel crowded. The pool area is great, we spent many a night drinking wine and swimming. The owner was always very responsive and accomodating to any questions I had. The transactions were smooth and seamless. we met the property manager and followed him to the place, a car is definitly needed. Would definitly stay here again, you would not go wrong if you decide to rent this property.

A lovely, scenic and modern villa with everything you could need included, stocked and clean too. Pool was always the right temperature and there were a good few comforts there too in the pool with lilos and dive sticks ready to go.All three rooms were comfortable and clean with lovely cool aircon and the living room has a nice tv with Amazon fire and apple tv as well as the baked in Samsung OS everything you need to do was there! The kitchen stood out for me being fully equipped for home cooking a gas hob and electric oven made a great combo and the gas BBQ was an amazing touch too made for great meals and the fridge was Huge!!The only little bits we could pick out would be:Booked for 6 people but there were only 4 sunbedsThe first aid kit was out of date in 2017 (I had a nasty cut and we had to use kitchen roll as bandages)The massage feature on the pool was broken and not addressed for our whole stay but it seemed as if they already knew about it prior to our stay anyways.It would have been a full 5* review but those little bits add up when we are paying near enough 800 a day to stay. Don't let this out you off though the view is stellar for the property and as long as you don't get noisy neighbors then it's as quiet as can be for a peaceful stay away in a prime location!

Beautiful home, but location is misleading

The house is stunning and property is beautiful. Check-in was easy and communication with the property manager was always great. It is located on a super quiet street, which is perfect if you are looking for privacy and seclusion and being able to hear nature's sounds. My one gripe is that the location that shows in the VRBO listing is wrong. The house is not in the bubble indicated on the map and is not walking distance from the beach. It is about 10 min drive from each Cala Salada and Cala Gracio and at least 30-40 min walk (including along the highway) to each. So, if you (as me and my 70 yr old mom) want to stay here for its walking proximity to the beach, that's not going to work. Getting taxis to the house also isn't easy -- you will need to walk about 7-10 to the road because the house's location isn't recognized by the app. That said, if you are not looking to rent this to be able to walk to the beach, it's a great deal and beautiful property.

Stunning Apartment

This villa ticks all of the boxes. I spent a week there with my wife in September this year and we had a fantastic time. The villa itself has been developed to a very high specification and is far bigger than the pictures we had seen suggested. Although there were only two of us, the place could have comfortably supported a family / group of friends of 5-6 without feeling cramped. The decked pool area is a good as many we have found at various 'boutique' hotels in the Balaeric Islands. Sunset drinks on the slightly raised Gazebo area watching the sun come down over the ocean quickly became a habit that we were sorry to break at the end of our week. Location wise you also couldn't ask for much more. Although the villa itself is situated in the hills offering unspoilt tarnquility for a relaxing break, a short 5-10 minute drive gets you into the heart of the bars / clubs of San Antonio. A couple of beautiful cove style beaches are even closer if you can drag yourself away from the pool. Overall this was very much a 5 star experience and we will definitely be back for a return visit sometime soon.

Take the title and look at the nice pictures you get upfront. So the expectations were high. First of all and that matters for me: All the communication with the owner prior to the booking was fast, very friendly and solution oriented. The check in Information could not be better. Even if we had not been welcomed personally, there would not have been any question left. Not to mention some hints what to see and where to go were included. Emelie, who was our local contact, gave us a very warm welcome and left no doubt, that she was taking care of every single problem that might arise.. ..and she proved, solving in no time. The house is equipped with everything, you might need. Especially the kitchen shows the owners dedication to prepare good meals. Last but not least you can expect, that the pictures are not able to show, what youā€™re going to experience having these views in reality. The garden and all the places to rest are so lovely created, you enjoy the silence and absolute privacy.

Stunning villa with views

Better than the photographs (which were good!); this villa was just beautiful. Decor was excellent with some lovely design features. The outside space surpassed expectations with something for everyone: a football and games area for the kids, sofas with shade and cushions for reading and relaxing, rooftop terrace for sundowners at sunset, outdoor dining with shade and views and, of course, the pool area itself. The pool is wonderful - just the right size for everyone with loungers and numerous seating areas so we could supervise the kids whilst reading or sunbathing ourselves. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. The TV was great for watching the Euros - and England's decent semi-final before our ultimate downfall! The villa is perfectly located - close to Sant Antoni for shops, clubs and supermarkets - but far enough away to be beautifully peaceful and quiet if that is what you are after. We made several trips around the island - most things are no more than 30-40mins drive away: Las Dalias, Eivissa and the Dalt Villa, Les Salines, Sant Josep and Sant Eularia were just some of the places we visited. La Paloma restaurant is highly recommended - we had a wonderful long lunch there. Beach picnics at sunset down at Cala Salada were also a big favourite. If you like hiking or running, the villa has lots of wonderful routes right from the doorstep. Emelie was a wonderful manager and we adored the villa - thank you!

Wunderschƶner Aufenthalt

Als wir ankamen konnten wir gar nicht aufhƶren zu stauen, wie schƶn diese Unterkunft doch ist. In echt sieht alles noch viel schƶner aus als auf den Bildern, es ist alles liebevoll eingerichtet bis hin zum kleinsten Detail. Es hat uns so sehr gefallen, dass wir die Unterkunft nicht mehr verlassen wollten. Es fehlt an nichts zum Kochen und Grillen. Ein Mietwagen wird empfohlen.
