This condo is new to the rental market!!! Keyless entry door lock..no keeping up with any keys during your stay!!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 24th floor directly overlooking the pools, lazy river and beautiful ocean! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 55” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 50" HDTV in the master and a 42" HDTV in the 2nd bedroom and 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There are 2 master bedrooms with King beds and the 3rd. Br has 2 Queen beds. The sofa is not a sleeper but we do allow 8 to occupy the condo.



There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix West with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer, please email to book a vacation to remember. We also manage the unit directly next door should you have a large group and need more space.



Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $58 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

The pictures online accurately describes the condo!! We loved being close to restaurants and having easy access to the beach. The lazy River and pool were a hit with our crew!

Fun week

This is the perfect property to stay at if you have kids. Our kids enjoyed the lazy river when they were tired of the sand. The property is beautifully decorated and has all you need for a great stay.

Beautiful condo & fantastic view of the beach! Beautifully decorated! Would definitely stay here again!! Walked to shops. So accommodating…was able to stay an additional day.

Great place!

Great stay! Great location, great area, very clean and comfy accommodations. All property staff we’re super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Very mindful and intentional with implementing Covid awareness and safety precautions. Grounds were very well maintained And secured and we felt very comfortable throughout our entire stay! We WILL return next year.

Nice stay

Rooms, bathrooms and location was great. Because there was 6 adults, the kitchen could use a bigger cooking variety for cooking and hot pad. We donated a set of hot pads and towels. Also the patio could use a bigger table with more chairs to sit outside and enjoy the scenery.

We thought the property was fine. Clean and everything that was needed was there. Nothing to do with the room, but security needs to keep the kids out of the hot tub when there are no adults. We always checked and never got a chance to relax in the hot tub.

Stay was nice but furniture and decor are simply dated for the price. Ragged furniture, torn screen, torn sofa with interior fill coming out is not something I have experienced at any Phoenix property over the years.

Great unit with great ocean views

We truly enjoyed the unit. Very well equipped and super clean. Just need a new photo of living room since the couches are not there now. White sectional that is new. Docs and Wolf Bay are walking distance for dinner which was awesome also the Ruby Slipper which is fantastic for breakfast. Definitely one of the better units in Phoenix West. Will be back💯

Favorite Vacation Ever!!!

The property is jaw dropping gorgeous!!! The view was remarkable! We felt like we were at home because it was just so spacious and comfortable. This was our very first VRBO experience ever and we LOVED it! The access to the Pools and Lazy River were so simple and quick - all right there! My 82 year old father who gets around with a cane felt very accommodated, and the kids ages 9-14 could easily hop from the beach/ocean front to the pool with the boardwalk that had hoses to clean everything off. 5 - Stars for sure!!! We loved every single thing and my kids cried when we had to leave. Thank you!!! Awesome place!!!!

couldnt have been happier with this unit.

first of all - I am not related to, or have never met the owners of this unit..... this is a glowing review at face value. My family has probably been to the beach 8 times the last 5 years. This was by far the cleanest unit we have stayed in. The property was well maintained, and clean. the unit was very clean. it did not feel like it has just weathered an entire summer of guests. Kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed to cook ANYTHING we needed to. the only thing I wish the property had was a restaurant or bar at the pool area, but that is just nitpicking. the condo is 5 minutes from grocery stores, walmart, and restaurants. I can guarantee, we will be coming back to this specific unit. absolutely a 5 out of 5.

Beautiful View but Needs Cleaning and Maintenance

Reviewer Comments: The condo was pretty but upon arrival we found the master bathroom sink completely stopped up, missing stoppers for the bathtubs, there were only 3 spoons in the kitchen, the shower liner was full of pink mold and the stand alone ice machine was FULL OF BLACK MOLD! No, I didn’t call maintenance or the property owner to fix these problems because while I’m on vacation, I refuse to have people coming and going to fix things. The property should be managed better and properly cleaned before new guest arrive. The mold in the ice machine and on the shower liner had to have been there for months if not years. I own an ice machine and clean it every 6 months and have never had as much mold as the machine in the condo had. So, I know it hasn’t been cleaned in a very, very long time. Stick your head in the ice machine and look up. You will be grossed out for sure. Also, the water slide was closed for 6 of the 7 days we were there. That was one reason we book at this resort. I didn’t like the way you have to cross the parking lot to get to the pool/beach. The elevators were going out from time to time. The good-beds were comfortable, AC worked well, nice TV’s in the rooms and living space. Unfortunately, I will never return to this resort. I would never take another chance on ending up with another dirty condo.

The condo was everything you could want. It is very attractive, well stocked, clean and well cared for. No negatives at all. The property was so much fun. We spent a couple of hours each day in the lazy river. We called in hydro-therapy because after spending some time lazily floating around we all felt very relaxed. This was our first trip to Orange Beach and we were impressed with the great choices of restaurants. While you are there, stop by Zeke's for their Bananas Foster bread pudding. We had it twice during our stay. And check out Pete's Homemade Ice Cream, which is just down the street from the condo. Excellent ice cream! We will be looking forward to coming back and when we do, Phoenix West and condo 2403 will be our choice!
