Great home near Seaside without any of the private beach issues at our entrance!

This charming Sea Grove home is a relaxing place for couples, friends and families. 'Go Fish' has been recently renovated and professionally decorated. Our home is located in 'Grove By The Sea' which is an exclusive community situated less than 1/2 mile to the beach and a mile from downtown Seaside. The neighborhood is ideal for kids to play and ride bikes.

You can relax on the private, screened porch, walk to the beach, or take a dip in the pool just yards away from the house! Be sure to bike into Seaside (about five minutes on bicycle) for shopping, restaurants, free evening movies, and family fun on the quad! Our beaches are never crowded and are a short ten minute walk or two minute bike ride.

'Go Fish' has a charming screened-in porch and inside our home you will find a beach cottage atmosphere. This is a one-story home. There is a gourmet kitchen equipped with every appliance to meet your cooking needs. The kitchen is open to the living area and divided by an island. There is a dining table inside and one on the porch. We also have a back porch with a gas grill.

The living area has a large sectional, a smart tv, and cable. The master bedroom has a king bed and it's own bath with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The third bedroom has 1 bunkbed, a twin and a single pull out trundle. There is a washer and dryer and another full bath adjacent to the secondary bedrooms.

Outside you will find a delightful private, outdoor shower as well as a large screened in porch with seating and a dining table.

The beach entrance is directly across the street from our neighborhood entrance. This area of the beach does not have any homes owning down to the water line so we do not have any issues with private beach areas or roped off beach access. Our beach does not have the crowded issues many people are running into on 30A, there is always a place to sit and I have never seen our beach with more than one row of chairs/umbrellas along the water.
