494 Captains Cove is a gorgeous property located steps from the beach on HHI.

Welcome to 494 Captain’s Cove…. location location location!

Located directly across the street from the Atlantic Ocean, situated along the lagoon in Palmetto Dunes, this uses the oceanfront pool at Captains Walk. Drive right up to the front door and step inside this bright and freshly decorated, two-story, four-bedroom home away from home.

When entering the home, there is a bright, airy living room, with a comfortable sleeper sofa and a large TV. The bright living area, with a vaulted ceiling and updated furnishings, opens to a private deck with new Adirondack chairs to enjoy the evening sunsets. The well- manicured grassy backyard is perfect to play and lounge in. The waterfront view of the 11-mile lagoon system is a perfect spot to fish or launch a kayak.

The unit has a beautiful kitchen, with leathered quartzite countertops and new stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook for your family and friends. The open dining area seats six, with room for four in the breakfast area, and four more in the living area. The barn doors in the back of the kitchen open to a new large washer and dryer set and a second full refrigerator for your convenience.

The villa’s sleeping arrangements are spacious and family friendly. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, views of the lagoon and a private bathroom with walk in shower. The guest room on the first floor has a king bed, TV, and will use of the main floor full bathroom. As you ascend the winding staircase to the second level, you enter a small sitting area that the kids can enjoy. Off of the sitting area is a guest bedroom with a queen bed, and a guest bedroom with extra-long twin beds. There is a fully renovated third full bathroom, with a tub, on the second floor. The villa even has an exterior storage room, with plenty of space to store your beach cart and bicycles.

During your stay, make sure to check out the year-round Captain’s Walk/Captain’s Cove oceanside pool. It is located directly across the street. This area features a large swimming pool, a kid's pool, cabana, on site restrooms, large sunning deck and boardwalk to the beach. The pool is heated seasonally. Check with Island Getaway for dates.

The Oceanfront Omni and Marriott Resorts are across the street and both offer fabulous day spas, bars and restaurants within a short walking distance. Shelter Cove Marina is a quick bike ride away and offers shopping, dining, entertainment, and fun water sports. Fabulous shopping is also nearby including the all-new Shelter Cove Towne Center.
