This bright and cheery Hilton Head beach villa offers beautiful lagoon views from almost every room. Enter to a spacious living area with a sectional sofa, vaulted ceilings, 46” HDTV with upgraded sound bar and Blu-ray player, decorative fireplace, and large floor to ceiling windows. Off the living room is a sunny deck with chairs and BBQ grill. The dining room connects with the living area and seats up to 8. The kitchen has been completely remodeled with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and 4 counter stools. Off the dining room is a great screened-in porch with a table and chairs with restful views of the lagoon. Two bedrooms are located downstairs- -the master has a king bed, en suite bath with private toilet room, large glass-walled walk-in shower and deep soaking tub. It has a 40” HDTV, Blu-ray player and a private exit to the screened porch. The other bedroom has a queen bed, HDTV with DVD and uses a hall bath with walk-in shower. Upstairs, you will find a loft with an upgraded sleeper sofa and two comfy chairs. Two more bedrooms are located upstairs, one with a king bed and one with two extra-long twin beds. Each has an HDTV, Blu-ray player and its own private bath. All 4 bedrooms feature upgraded mattresses and the four bathrooms have recently been remodeled.
