This rental offers ocean-views from every room including 180 degree views from the living room, master bedroom and both decks! See breathtaking sunsets while sitting on the deck or watch the deer below in the morning.

You enter the home and are greeted into the open-concept living area/kitchen with complete, picture-view windows. Enjoy summertime sunsets or chilly, winter nights cozied up by the wood-burning fireplace! There is a spacious loft with a sofa bed above the living room. Both bedrooms are downstairs with one of the bathrooms. Both bathrooms have been newly remodeled! The master has the second deck where you can take in the beautiful scenery from your own, private bedroom. What a fabulous view to wake up to!

This home is in a quiet neighborhood tucked into the pines and it's about 5 minutes from charming, downtown Cambria which is the home to many fine restaurants and shops! Come relax and spend a month at this beautiful rental. It will make you feel on "holiday", that's for sure!

When you're ready to venture out and explore the beautiful Central Coast, you will have many options close by. Hearst Castle and Hearst Winery, perched above the San Simeon Cove, are a short drive up the coast. The famed Paso Robles wine country is a quick drive east. Charming San Luis Obispo is a 45-minute drive south and the Big Sur Coast is at your doorstep heading north. Cambria is the perfect starting off point for countless adventures!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The website description matches the place. Perched on a hill overlooking the Pacific Ocean.The driveway, as mentioned in prior reviews, is correct. The driveway is steep and took some getting used to. Both bedrooms are located downstairs with a shared bathroom. (No master bath, bathroom is shared)The BBQ is very small, about the size of a George Foreman grill. Therefore, not able to BBQ as much as I like. The kitchen has the basics that one would expect. The location is close to Highway 1, which takes you to many different adventures.

Great Month in Cambria

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay in Cambria. The place was great. There are three levels. Both bedrooms are on the lower level. The Cambria area is beautiful, clean, and safe. The house was well-equipped, and the appliances worked well. We stayed for the month of March. This was a working vacation for us, so we set up one of our workstations by the windows in the living area and the second up in the loft area. Since we work on computers, the internet access was important. The internet speed was good for our purposes. The place has a fabulous view of the ocean. The main level had a wonderful deck and chairs to sit and enjoy the view and sunsets. The TV in the living room worked well and the sofa was comfortable. The place does not have a garage but has a double wide driveway. The driveway is quite steep. The master bedroom downstairs had balcony access and had great views. The bathroom on the lower level was not attached to the master but was close by in the hallway. It was very nice and looked newly remodeled. The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom was also located on the lower level and had a twin bed and a double bed. The second small bathroom was located on the main level near the kitchen and also looked newly remodeled. The laundry area was on the lower level in the hallway. The location of the house was great. It was about 5 minutes to downtown Cambria. It was about a 40-minute drive to Paso Robles. We made many trips to that area to visit wineries. We also made excursions to the Elephant Seal site, drove up the Pacific Coast Hwy, and did a boat excursion to the Channel Islands National Park. We went out to eat several times in Cambria and Paso Robles. We found many good restaurants and wineries. Because of COVID-19, outdoor patio dining was allowed and also limited indoor dining. We had to make reservations for most places to eat and at most wineries. We would highly recommend this rental and would definitely book it again.

A treat to stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely adored this house for the view and location and comfort! It was a treat to get to spend a month soaking in the Pacific! And we would definitely return again! But quite hilariously, the home had many maintenance flaws. It was one of those situations in life where you put up with a lot of crazy, but still love it. Kind of like a beloved family member!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In general, the house was good except for a number of problems: 1) rug had major holes on two levels and was dirty when we first arrived, 2) dishwasher and clothes dryer did not work properly, 3) the fitted sheets in the master bedroom had many holes in it making it hard to sleep, 4) we did not like the narrow multi-level layout of the house and 5) the frig was dented. The the beds were Ok, not great. The house was well situated, the baths were very good and the house had a great view of the ocean.
