3 bedrooms, (1 Queen, 1 Full, 2 twins) and 2 remodeled baths — 1 bath is in master - both have showers.

A fully equipped kitchen, and a grill located just outside on the expansive deck, makes it easy to enjoy gathering around a dining table that comfortably seats 8-10 and overlooks the lake.

A family room with comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and high speed WiFi allows you to stay as connected as you want to be... or makes for a cozy place to read.

A gas fireplace in the dining area provides additional ambience and takes the chill off when needed. Additional Heating and Air Conditioning systems provide optimal comfort.

Heading outside, you’ll love lounging on the large dock in Adirondack chairs, or if you’re feeling more active, hop in the lake for a swim or fish off the dock. Stairs are mounted on the dock for easy entry/exit. An inviting hammock provides for a cozy retreat with a book or just to enjoy the lake breezes and surrounding trees. As the sun sets over Panther Pond and the stars make their presence known, gather around the firepit for conversation and s'mores.

More shopping outlets and the flagship LL Bean are located in Freeport, just 40 minutes away.

No smoking allowed anywhere on this property. Two kayaks are available for summer rentals.

While linens and linen service are provided, feel free to use the washer/dryer combo for your own clothes to ease your return to reality.
