Enjoy the breathtaking sunrises and awe-inspiring views of Lake Michigan from this
year-round home. This home is a private and quiet. If you are seeking "action" this is not the home for you.

This architecturally designed midcentury year-round home has breathtaking views of the lake from every front room.
The updated, fully equipped kitchen is conveniently adjacent to a new washer /dryer.

The home boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. (1 shower and 1 shower/bathtub). Whether walking on the beach or enjoying a glass of wine while beholding the ever-changing moods of the mighty lake on the home's expansive 3 tier deck, just steps from the beach, guests are drawn back year after year.

The home is just 30 minutes north of Milwaukee and 15 minutes south of Kohler WI,Home of the world-renowned, Whistling Straights,The Irish course, Black Wolf Run courses, and the Bull.

Blue Harbor Indoor Water Park in Downtown Sheboygan
Elkhart racecourse just 20 minutes west of the home. Hikers can also enjoy the vast beauty of Terry Andre State Park just 15 minutes north.

The home has internet service & central air & a 55' flat screen TV. Lake Michigan has fluctuating levels. I am not responsible for changing lake levels or weather patterns.

This home is pet free & smoke free The person who reserves this home must be 35 years or older. A current US government license is requested upon booking. The owner will request you sign a rental agreement upon booking.

Damage and incidentals:

You will be responsible for any damage to this home caused by your party during your stay.

Week of July 4th Family Vacation

Julie’s house was wonderful! Fantastic, charming property, beautiful views of the lake. Tidy home with nice kitchen and living room should fit most families needs, she has a wonderful fire pit for evenings watching the lake. Communication with Julie was easy and attentive. She gave nice recommendations for the area. Would recommend checking out the local state parks as they were exceptional managed!

A gorgeous little respite

The property is amazing - a beautiful spot right on Lake Michigan with gorgeous sunrises and calming waves. The house itself is a grand specimen of mid-century lake houses and I'm jealous of the owner! Julie obviously loves her home and I'm so glad she shared it with us.

The best location and best views

My family really appreciated the quiet location and being steps away from the beach. The deck is perfect for those who want to be on the beach but not in the sand. The house offers water views from 5 rooms- impressive for a one story home.The layout of the home is really nice for connecting with others yet offers space too: two living rooms, large kitchen for multiple cooks, a delightful dining room, and two full baths. The home is tastefully adorned reflecting its mid century architecture.Thank you Julie for a lovely stay!

Great getaway vacation stay

Perfect location for an extended-family getaway -- each family had a bedroom (we have smalls, so beds weren't an issue), and the views are unbelievable. Even with crummy weather and an extremely high water level at the lake, we managed to have a great time.

Enjoy your time on Lake Michigan

Julie’s place was fun, relaxing and a wonderful hideaway for a birthday. Really cool furniture and fully supplied kitchen for fun at the house. Or plenty of nice restaurants in nearby Sheboygan. Enjoy the deck directly on the beach with awesome sunrises and beautiful late night star gazing.

Girls Trip is cheaper than Therapy

We had an awesome time! We relaxed on the patio and enjoyed walking the beach! Such a quiet area! House had the perfect setup…we enjoyed the view in the morning and evening!

Great Family Vacation Home!!

We found Julie's home to be very clean and had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 and our large dog. We were fortunate to have great weather and enjoyed most of our time on the beach. This was such a wonderful area. We will definitely book again!

Treasure on the Beach

We were booked to go to Florida, but due to Hurricane Milton had to book a new vacation fast. We will never regret a slice of Paradise on the Lake. Thank you Julie for sharing this treasure.

Peaceful Getaway

This home is a gem on Lake Michigan. The beach access is wonderful and the view breathtaking. Our family had a great time. We had some issues with the hot spot for internet, but Julie was very helpful in working to get that resolved.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We had a truly beautiful time in this lovely home with family. The house and views are just as pictured in the photos- even better, which is rare! Amazing Lakeview

We had a wonderful weekend getaway, the property was very well maintained and clean. Very much enjoyed sipping coffee and watching the sunrise over the lake each morning. We were able to snow shoe at Kohler Andrea State Park and really enjoyed dinning at The American Club in Kohler, both only a short drive away. Thank you Julie for your great hospitality and follow-up, we will definitely be returning, hopefully this summer for a golf getaway.

This is a diamond in the rough find. 2 hours north of Chicago, 30 minutes north of Milwaukee and you are in paradise. Private, quiet place to kick back and relax. The lake is absolutely beautiful and right off the deck. You will enjoy a beautiful natural view from every room. Nighttime is super special. Look up and you will see stars like never before. If you are lucky enough to land on the full moon, consider yourself VERY lucky. It is a sight to behold. This is not a "cottage" it is a year-round comfortable home for your family to enjoy.

Private home on beautiful Lake Michigan. 3 level deck right on the water. No cliff, no steep stairs to get to the water. Beautiful private yard with huge cedar trees that block the neighbors to the north and the south. My home is a short 30 minutes to Milwaukee, and only 15 minutes to Kohler and Terri Andre Park to the north. If you are looking for "action" this is not the home for you. If you are looking to chill and relax you have picked the perfect home.
