Hopefully you will fill like home at Presley's View. We are located on Scenic Highway 30A, about five miles west of quaint/popular Seaside. This one bedroom unit, on the fourth floor (409), provides you with a wonderful view of the ocean, beautiful sunsets and sugar white sandy beaches. Perfect spot for a romantic beach retreat or family vacation. No need to load up the car and drive to a public beach when you can walk to the private beach directly across the street. This condo is in a "Great" location!

You may enjoy the convenience of on-site bike rentals, restaurants, dress/cool shops, featured local artists colony, free community events & festivals.

Guests also have access to three pools; all are heated until the end of March, two have hot tubs. One is conveniently located in front of the Cabanas building, another is in front of the the Caribbean building next door. Then we have another pool behind the townhomes on your way to the tennis courts towards the back of the property, that pool does not have a hot tub. Tennis courts are free to Gulf Place guests and you can get instructions on how to reserve court times, ask your condo manager, instructions should be located at the courts also.

Our property is located only 7 miles east from Destin, yet a step back from all the hustle & bustle of the traffic, high-rises and crowded beaches. You will be approx. 75 yards from Santa Rosa's beautiful white sandy beaches. You can also enjoy the community feel by taking a walk or renting a bike and riding down the 18-mile stretch of bike path that is populated with numerous State Parks, Nature Trails & Coastal Dune Lakes all along the Scenic 30A corridor.

On our last renovation we took out the table and chairs however we put in a breakfast bar with counter height stools, as well as more cabinetry. The unit is well-furnished and clean so you should have all the comforts of home when you come to the beach for a getaway.
