We had a great time. There are a few updates needed but they had notes on these areas saying that they were working on them. Would stay again!Great hosts!

Beautiful view! Very clean facility had a wonderful stay. Awesome resort and we will definitely be coming back.

Silver Beach Towers

Beautiful condo with an amazing Gulf view. All the amenities in the condo were great and the beach service was top notch! Will look forward to staying in the unit again in the future.

Beautiful Beach Front Property!

We wanted a front row view of the ocean and we got it! Both bedrooms and the living room had a beautiful beach and oceanfront view! Condo had everything we needed, and management & staff were super quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely go back again!

Friends Birthday trip

Condo was clean, had everything we needed for our weeks stay and right on beach!! We loved watching Sunrise and Sunset from our balcony. Conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. We walked across street for breakfast and about 3 blocks down on beach for lunch and dinner. Definitely will stay here again. Checking in and out was a simple process.

Clean & secure

Loved staying in this property! Loved the secure parking and having a parking space reserved for just us! We had tons of space. The master bath is huge! The beach was easy access with 2 chairs and an umbrella included. Good location with easy access to the back road (Airport Rd and Commons) to avoid congested 98. Will definitely be back!!

We had a fantastic time. We thought the condo was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. Each bedroom had a sliding glass door that leads out to the balcony. Elevators were fast. The internet and phone services are hit and miss with signal, but I think it is because of the amount of people that were there.

Beach Trip 2021

The Condo was beautiful and had Amazing Views from Living room and both bedrooms. Our only complaints would be the air conditioning systems in the bedrooms were noisy. And the furniture in the living room although nice, it was not good for lounging at all. No reclining and uncomfortable. I would recommend this condo though. Perfect location!

Room was okay.

Love the complex. Room was not as nice as others we’ve stayed in. A little out dated. Mold in the showers. The doors to the outside balcony were extremely hard to open.

Silver Beach Towers Exceeded Expectations Again

We stayed in E605 again this year and it was delightful. The air conditioning was not cooling the condo on Sunday and we notified Compass Realty through the app. Within 2 hours they had a technician in the condo with box fans until the AC repairman could arrive. The AC was fixed by 10 pm that Sunday night & Compass Realty called us the next day to ensure that we were totally satisfied. Our stay could not have been more enjoyable! We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay!

Everything was awesome except the A/C went out half way through the week. They couldn't get the part needed so thay brought in a portable unit but we were hot & fan noise got irritating. We wi go there again.

Amazing views and comfort

Would definitely go back! There was an unexpected second fridge making it difficult to use the dining table and minimal cabinet space for food, but that is because they have absolutely everything you may need in the kitchen! Our family loved our time at their private beach, in the pool, playing cards on the patio, and walking to so many local businesses nearby.

This condo was the perfect beach getaway

The condo was beautiful - the balcony with the direct view to the beach was exceptional - it was very easy to schedule & use the beach set up - we will definitely consider renting this condo again
