This condo offers breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, right from our 2nd floor patio. The living area and master bedroom overlook the sea and the second bedroom overlooks the mountains. Tastefully decorated using the colors of the sea. The tourist area is a short bus or taxi ride and very inexpensive. Many great restaurants and good food. We are just steps to the pool and ocean. Our building provides concierge service along with 24/7 security.

Perfect property - exactly as described!

Our stay at the condo was amazing! The Pearl Tower is the absolute best place to stay in Mazatlan. The views are unbeatable. The beautiful heated pool with two hot tubs overlooks a pristine stretch of beach. We spent many hours relaxing in the comfort of the condo, gazing at the ocean. I would definitely recommend it!

Gorgeous ocean front property

We truly enjoyed our stay at Pearl Tower. This property is outstanding. It is super clean with a fully equipped kitchen. You can hear the ocean 24/7. The views are amazing. The owners are very nice and responsive. They are available via email/text/phone any time. The staff at Pearl Towers is extremely friendly and helpful. Looking forward to staying at this property again!

Totally breathtaking view from the Condo, the Condo is set up beautifully and feels like home.And has everything you need to have a incredible vacation. The OWNER are very welcoming and make sure you are taken care of and well informed on everything,the colours and decorations in the Condo make you know your on the OCEAN . A Dream Condo

Very clean beautifully furnished condo.large windows facing the ocean. Great views of the pool, hot tub and beach from the large balcony, off the main living area and bedroom. Beautiful sunsets and beautiful beach for relaxing walks.large kitchen fully equipped for all your needs.Each bedroom with full ensuite, very nicely furnished, also a third bathroom. Washer and dryer. Very clean gated complex. A short bus ride to restaurants and shopping. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good maid service. We thoroughly enjoyed our December 2023 holiday. We will recommend this to our family and friends.

Great Large condo with all amenities and some extras you don't always find. Like spices, soap etc. Great location for a quite break but close to restaurants etc.full large kitchen. 2 and 1/2 bathrooms. Washer dryer full size. Huge deck. Great pool. Next to Estrella (way out by airport) best beach in town. Staff at condo very friendly and helpful. Tip. Use Uber after dark much easier than flagging a taxi.

We left after 5 days of a 14 day vacation.

The condo was very beautiful in a 12 story building with no elevator and we had to go up 60 steps to the unit. Although we had been told about the elevator in October, we thought it being on the 2nd floor, it would be about 10 steps up. I have severe arthritis and could not deal with the steps. The tv was mostly in Spanish and would shut down regularly, a situation that happens quite often in Mexico. No beach palapas and only 3 umbrellas at the pool to accommodate the guests and temps in the 80s. Only one taco stand nearby and pretty far out from the better restaurants and the city itself. We saved all year for this vacation and were very disappointed. We have yet to receive our security deposit refund. We left the uhit in immaculate condition with at least a week's food in the refrigerator and pantry for the maid.

Great Quiet Location

2nd stay at this condo. Great location if you like being on the beach with an excellent pool as well. Full kitchen and laundry. Great balcony. Perfect for sunset Great for sunrise.

Ups and Downs at Pearl

We would like to thank the Doyles for allowing us the use of their home from February to March 2020. Home is the operative word because in all our years staying in Mexico it's the closest we felt to being in one. Their unit is truly immaculate. The complex itself is located on one of the most walkable beaches we have ever seen however it is somewhat isolated for our liking. Ubers, taxis and busses are required to reach most restaurants and attractions but we can see how this would be appealing for some people. The main negative is going through our entire month's stay without a working elevator. Being on the second floor made this issue only a inconvenience for us but in a 15 floor complex it would be unacceptable for most residents.

The unit is beautiful and looks exactly like the photos shown online. Everything you need is there.

Everything was perfect especially looking at the ocean every day. There was always someone around to help with the groceries and get us a taxi. Could not have found a better place!

Great ocean view!

We stayed for 3 weeks in this beautiful condo overlooking the ocean. The unit is nicely decorated and is equipped for all your vacation needs. We especially enjoyed the the peace and quietness of the complex and beach. Just a short ride to restaurants and entertainment. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this condo and hope to return again.

Lovely large condo with all the conveniences.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Pearl Tower. Lovely sunsets, long beach walks, nice roomy condo with everything we needed to enjoy our time in Mazatlan. Staff were excellent and helpful. The. Leaning service was nice as well. We did find it a distance from restaurants as we ate out every night. However, that is the case for all the condos in the area north of the marina. We found that due to the presence of wind most days the umbrellas by the pool have limited function, so finding shade is difficult...maybe some palapas would work. Overall, great condo in a nice quiet location.

Very beautiful

The unit is lovely and directly facing the ocean. It had everything needed for a week long stay. There was always someone available to help you with your luggage or groceries. The guards would run up to the main road and hail you a cab rather quickly. The pool and hot tub were great and warm!

A vacation to remember.

This property by far exceeded our expectations. It is a perfect balance between style and comfort. The concierge and his staff were very welcoming and always kept the general use areas very clean. Besides beautiful, the condo was very spacious and had everything we needed (including a washer and dryer). Our favorite part of the condo was definitely the patio. It is quite large and has comfortable furniture. Watching numerous sunsets was by far the most memorable part of our trip. We really hope to be able to stay here again. Thank you - The Castillo's

Curtis was born in Venezuela where his dad worked for Gulf oil. He spent his first 13 years there and then on to boarding schools in the US. His taste for Latin culture has never left him and so we pursued our dream here in Mazatlan. Mary Ann his wife grew up the on East Coast of the US and in 1997 moved her family to Texas. We are now retired and spend several months in our home in Mazatlan and visit our children in the US on ocassion and travel.

Mazatlan won our hearts as soon as we got here. It has the old Mexico flair along with a vibrant bustling city. The ocean view and sunsets are spectacular, the food is excellent, and the people charming.
