The kids can claim the alcove bunk beds and send the adults upstairs to the mid-level bedrooms to choose from two master bedrooms (king, queen) or two bedrooms (queen, 2 single) that share a bathroom. Every bedroom has its own flat screen TV.

Gather the family in the top level great room for conversation with a backdrop of gorgeous ocean views. The chefs in the family will appreciate the well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the breakfast area for quiet meals and for evening entertainment, escape through the french doors into the media room. Take a dip in the bubbly hot tub on the top level deck with ocean views, or stretch out with a good book on the sun deck for a lazy afternoon.

Located on the oceanfront with easy beach access and sparkling water views, CHAMPAGNE VIEWS is a fine choice for your island vacation.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
