Plus, survey the blue water from one of four decks, the connecting screened porch, or 6 person hot tub. The family will enjoy the second level great room master suite with Jacuzzi for two, and convenient half bath. Plan to enjoy many a meal in the dining area or the breakfast nook, fresh from the kitchen (complete with two dishwashers).

New for 2024: This year brings exciting updates! Three of the home's five bedrooms are being updated. The first level queen master that offers deck access will now be a king master bedroom. Also on the first level, the single bedroom is being converted to a queen and the bunkroom will now feature two single beds. New carpeting, furniture, and mattresses will be added to all the updated bedrooms.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
