This lovely beach front condo has all the conveniences of home to make your vacation the best ever! ! Enjoy hearing the Ocean waves and feeling the cool breeze from the Gulf whilst you relax on your Private Patio. It is just a short 2 minute boardwalk-stroll to the beautiful white sand private beach.

Prepare a meal in the well-stocked kitchen and serve it up at the breakfast bar, the comfortable dining table seating 6, or on your private gated patio, Holiday Surf provide a wonderful family setting.

The open floor plan connects the kitchen, living room and dining room. The kitchen is well equipped with the dining room seating 6 whilst the living room has a brand New 55 inch 4K Roku Smart TV and DVD Player
This lovely condo Sleeps 6 with the advantage of 2 double beds in the master bedroom and a king bed in the 2nd bedroom. Both bedrooms also have a 28 inch TV/DVD player.. Please note: there is no sleeper sofa in this unit.

Holiday Surf and Racquet Club is located on Holiday Isle, a peninsula surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor. Although located in the heart of Destin, it is a quiet residential area just minutes from all the wonderful shops, bars, restaurants and activities the Resort has to offer.

Don't forget all the other wonderful amenities Holiday Surf has to offer - a great outdoor heated pool, Fitness room, Free DVD rentals, Saunas, Tennis courts and Shuffleboard. (both with free equipment rental).WIFI and Parking are always free!

Awesome!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is on the first floor, easy access to the beach, pool and pickle ball court! Our family had a great time. It was clean, dated but clean! I would go back and recommend to a friend!

Condo needs updates and cleaned throughly.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed week of July 8 had two sons in different condos with their families ,I stayed in 118 and found it not cleaned very well and furniture and bedroom needs updates. Top of fridge in all three condos haven’t been wiped off for awhile and one of my grandsons reach under couch for a pencils he dropped and came out with a hair and dust ball. I have stayed here every year for the last 26 or more years and doubt I will be back.l

Holiday Surf and Racquet Club Review

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall condition of the unit was good. There are a few design flaws in the bedrooms for access to the closest and bathrooms. The cleaning crew missed a couple of spots in their general cleaning. However, the ownership needs to do a deep cleaning of the dishes in the cabinets and items not covered by the cleaning crew. The property was under construction during our stay because winter is the only good time to do construction on these buildings and grounds. I believe the status of the construction should be disclosed on the rental information and not be a surprise to guest when they arrive.

Stay in Destin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a good stay. But we left a James Avery necklace hanging on wicker shelf where tv is and I called twice and no one every called me back to left me know if they found it. It was a $200 necklace Someone one took it and that I wasn’t happy with.
