This room has 1 queen size bed and a tv that can be used with the dvd player, or any streaming device such as chromcast or roku stick. The sunny living room offers not only comfort and sunshine, but also entertainment. There is a smart tv and dvd player (with a few select dvds), cable and wi-fi. The living room has a pull out full size sofa bed and chair. The living room is attached to the kitchen area. This is an updated kitchen that is well equipped. Appliances include: stove, oven, coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, and all utensils needed.
The front patio is pool facing and has outdoor furniture for relaxing. The condo has its own laundry room with a washer and dryer. All linens, including beach/ pool towels are all included. There is also a few pool toys. There is outside grilling areas and showers available for your use. The parking lot is secure and has one parking spot available and designated to this condo for your car if needed. There is also 24 hour security. This condo is located in the Punta Cana area, in Bavaro, and is about 25 minutes from the Punta Cana (PUJ) airport. It is located about 10 minutes from the hard rock hotel and other hotels in 'the hotel district'. There are many fine dining options within a few minutes walk. There is not only dining, but also shopping, casinos, and tours. The beach is a short 10-15 minute walk away. There is many beach bars and gift shops to enjoy. Please contact with any questions.
