Unit B6 at Regency Cabanas is a beautiful and spacious Gulf front townhome with four-bedrooms, three-bathrooms, sleeping 10 people and amazing Gulf views.

The main level offers a dream of a kitchen with double island, gas stove and stainless appliances, making cooking a breeze. The kitchen is open to the dining area, which seats 10, and the living area, which includes a huge TV, comfortable seating and Gulf views. Enjoy the spacious Gulf front deck off of the living area with additional dining space and seating. Also on the main level is the laundry room with washer and dryer and extra fridge, bedroom 1 which has a queen bed, TV and private balcony, and the main level bathroom.

The upper level has two more guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and TV and the other with two queen beds and TV, a hall bath and the master suite. The Gulf front master bedroom is spacious with a king bed, TV and private bath with large steam spa shower, soaking tub, double vanities and TV. Relax and enjoy the view from the hot tub on the upper level deck off of the master bedroom.

Other amenities in this unit include complimentary wireless internet, Vizio soundbars with Bluetooth and speakers throughout, ice maker, gas grill and garage. The garage even has a ping pong table for tons of family fun!

Enjoy access to two swimming pools and dune walkover for beach access at the Regency Cabanas complex. Shopping, entertainment and dining are easily accessible from Regency Cabanas townhomes.

Per the HOA Rules and Regulations: Beach buggies, buses, campers, boats, skiffs, trailers, or any similar vehicles may not be parked anywhere on the property, whether temporarily or permanently, unless fully enclosed within garage.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful property perfectly located on the beach. High end Viking appliances, fabulous hot tub on the 3rd floor balcony, and great sectional furniture on the 2nd floor balcony. Only a few issues, the den chairs and sofa are very worn, and the geothermal a/c left the majority of the bedrooms extremely warm. Extra fans helped, but the bedrooms remained warm. Hopefully this can be rectified because the unit is great otherwise.

The view of the gulf is spectacular from the living room/dining room and the master suite. Accommodations were very comfortable . They provided everything we needed. With 6 young grandchildren the elevator and the large garage space with toys were great additions!

Some of my favorite perks were: elevator, views from balcony, distance to beach and no crowds, the entire complex was very quiet, sound system was amazing, beds were very comfortable, we stayed in and cooked every night so, the appliances were awesome, the garage was stocked with a beach wagon and tons of beach stuff and toys for kids, too many great things to list!

Add to it the friendly, professional and responsive interactions with the staff at Paradise Beach Homes and you've got a recipe for a very memorable stay in this wonderful home. We're coming back!

We had AC repair out...the downstairs never fully cooled. The unit has geothermal HVAC...it is not great when the weather is very hot, as it was when we were there. We rented this condo last summer and did not have the issue with cooling. But I would recommend this property.

A Private Elevator and Ocean View

As a family that travels a lot, the gigantic garage and private elevator are of the utmost convenience. It is so nice to just pull in and unload into the elevator after a 10 hour drive. Everything was clean, functional, and luxurious. The house and it's views are far more impressive than the photos. Lots of room to spread out and we love how you can just walk out the back door and be right on the beach. We didn't want to leave!

Upon entering you have a most fabulous view of the beach! A large and double island kitchen that was well stocked with dishes, pots, utensils and 2 refrigerator s which really came in handy. The place was very clean and the elevator came in handy. As well as a garage that accommodated 4 vehicles. Did I mention the beautiful decor? So visually pleasing to all the senses. I truly look forward to my family visiting again!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the Regency Cabanas property previously in two different units. This unit, B6, was the best of the three. The attention to detail shown by the owners was amazing. In addition to high end features (sound system, steam shower, appliances), the unit was equipped with a gas grill on the balcony, hot tub, ping pong table, corn hole, beach chairs and toys. There was a very detailed folder explaining all the information necessary to use the property’s amenities, and there was very helpful labeling throughout the unit. I would highly recommend this init.

Amazing Spring Break

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The photos of the property cannot do it justice. Upon walking in we were completely amazed at how beautiful the condo is. Being literal steps from the beach is just a bonus to how amazing everything inside is. The kitchen is very well stocked with all of the pots/pans/accessories that you will need to make any meal in the absolutely stunning kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms are also just as amazing. The garage is massive and well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, games, etc.. We had 4 adults and six (kids) between 15-20 staying and we all had plenty of room to spread out. Located on an extremely quiet part of the beach so we could enjoy everything the area had to offer with out all of the large amount of hotel and hi-rises condo guests crowding us.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great space but frustrated with apparent lack of maintenance:1. Stools at island all had loose screws and were so rickety that we were afraid to use them...your staff came to tighten screws BUT we had to call2. Ceiling fan in living area does not work3. Exhaust fan in the first floor bath room does not work.4. Garage door opener doesn't work.5. We had to re-program the TV to get primary stations (ESPN) in living room and HD signal didn't work once programmed. Frustrating to watch football bowl games on.6. Bathrooms had mold/mildew in showers (need deep cleaning)7. Sound system/speakers didn't work...or no explanation how to use it for holiday music8. Found toys and pens under the couch...poor cleaning.

You can stay in Pensacola Beach at a 4 bedroom place of course. Then there is this place. Over the top nice, roomy, appointed very well. Views and 2 pools and excellent location. Highly recommended

After sitting around waiting most of the day, called the Mgmt. company and they said "oh, the guy can't come until Friday" (Thanks for telling me). We had to use a laundromat our last 4 days with no offer of clean towels.

Best of Pensacola Beach!

Staying at this luxurious condo exceeded expectations. The floor to ceiling Windows made it seem like we were sitting on the beach the entire trip. The pool and trolley stop are very convenient too. Loved every minute!

Vacation 2021

This was a great place to stay. The staff at check in was friendly and helpful. The condo was great. They supplied you with everything that you needed and even had a bonus (ping pong table). Will definitely be going back.

1st stay in Pensacola Beach

The property is beautiful. All the amenities you could ask for. Loved the steam shower and hot tub. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could desire, as was the hole property. The short walk to beach was nice. The elevator came in handy with the luggage. Plenty of places to eat. Went to Ft Perkins one day and you can see the Blue Angles practicing, breathtaking. We have stayed in Navarre before and have come up here to eat, but never stayed here. We will return.
