This modern day villa features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, blender, crock pot, mixer, coffee pot, keurig, washer/dryer, iron & ironing board, wifi, cable TV in both living room and bedrooms, pack n play, and a booster high chair for even the youngest guest. The first floor features a king bed with a bathroom and the second floor features two queens and a bathroom. In addition to these bedrooms, there is a smaller room with a twin bed if needed. Along with everything this great unit has to offer, the beach access and community pool are both within walking distance along with tennis and pickleball courts. Book this awesome unit today and make it a family favorite!

This property has a traditional drip coffee maker and a Keurig.

Great place

The condo was so conveniently located and very comfortable. Beds comfy, furniture great, nice deck with a dining table and some chairs to relax in. We loved it. I wish the owners would put a handbook of some kind in the house. Maybe pointers about the TV, which beach access we should use, etc. a little confusing with so many options at Litchfield by the sea. Overall just a great weekend. We would stay again.

The beach is only (2-min) walk from the condo & easily accessible . Tennis courts were (5-min) walk away also . We brought bicycles & drove all over the area , no hills here , just flat & paved . the condo is very well upgraded just as the pics show online . Would definitely recommend to any one wanting to stay in the area . Dealing with Tidelife Vacations is easy . Many thanks to Suzanne & Marie for all there help.Bryan

When we reached out to tight live we were greeted by a very sweet and caring Karma!She was so easy to work with. Very professional, and accommodating. The condo we stayed in Heron Marsh 62 did not disappoint! It was beautiful, very well taken care of and stocked with all of our needs. It also had a very nice location in the community. It is close to everything we needed and I particularly liked that is is a gated community. My wife and I wanted a quiet get away and this provided this for us. It's more challenging during covid, but we felt very comfortable. We plan to visit again in January.

My only complaint is that we were told that we would have access to all amenities in the Litchfield by the Sea Resort. This is simply not true. The splash park requires special wristbands that were not included and we were turned away.

Though Summer House is apart of Litchfield by the Sea, we unfortunately do not have the ability to give guest access to the Splash Park unless they stay at the Summer House complex units that we manage. While we do find this is unfortunate, we do have two units in Summer House that both offer access to the Splash Park and Litchfield by the Sea amenities. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused and we do hope you will come back and stay again soon!

Great Place to Stay!

Whoever does the cleaning is more OCD than I am, which I never thought possible. The quality of the furnishings, kitchen supplies, etc. we’re top-notch. You can tell the property is well cared for. The property management office staff was friendly and helpful and made that whole check-in/out easy and informative, like we had met new friends! The area around the property was active and family friendly, and it was just a short walk to the beautiful beach. We will definitely return!

Heron Marsh 62 was close to the beach access and we walked to the beach every day. Unit was perfect size for our party! We worked on a puzzle in the evening and enjoyed making breakfast and lunch in the kitchen. We will be back!
