Centrally located 3 bedroom villa with pool close to the beaches

Casa Corticia is an attractive, modern and well presented holiday home, ideally situated within walking distance to various restaurants, bars and supermarkets. We have been coming to this area since the mid eighties with our children and felt so safe here and loved it so much that we eventually bought a villa here in Almancil. Now our children are bringing their children to play with all the inflatables in the pool or have fun on the beach. We enjoy our golf here as Val do Lobo, Quinta do Lago, San Lorenzo and many more are nearby as well as many restaurants and bars which are within walking distance. When we’re not here we like to think that others can enjoy it as much as we do.

The villa features three spacious bedrooms, two of which are en-suite whilst the third bedroom has a separate shower room, a large pool, garden and terrace area and plenty of room to relax in the Algarve sunshine. The villa also offers close proximity to the golf courses in the Algarve, most suitable for golf parties as the beds can be split into singles for more accommodation. The villa also offers Z beds, cots and high chair to accommodate the younger members of the family.

The large fully equipped kitchen features everything that you would need on holiday to recreate your favorite Portuguese dishes whilst the exterior poolside terrace provides both a charcoal BBQ and a Broiler King gas BBQ.
