Linens and 8 towels are provided only. No blankets Starter toilet tissue .The condo is half a block to the access and half a block to the beach. Restaurants and gift shops are within walking distance The pool is shared by the building rentals.The setup is a king bed two queen beds and a twin bed .The back area has lounge chairs by the pool. There is a charcoal grill only for outdoor cooking
The island has the bay for the most enjoyable fishing and best tasting fish.Schlitterbam water park is just a few blocks away

My family & I came out to celebrate a birthday. I saw this beautiful condo & i couldn’t have picked any better! Condo has everything you need, is beautiful & in a great spot. My family had the best time out here & we will definitely be going back.

Great trip!

The condo was exactly like the picture showed and do much more! It had all the comfort of home, especially with the cable tv and washer and dryer. Even for a 4 unit you cannot hear any sounds from your neighbors! The short walk to the beach was great and the pool for the kids was a lifesaver. Pablo and his wife are very hospitable and accommodating, thank you for everything, we hope to rent again soon!

Family Vacation

Our family just loved this condo. It was walking distance to the beach, which the kids loved. The home was spacious and clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook. It was easy checking in and out of the place. The owners were always a text away and responds in a timely manner. I messaged them several times a day and it was a quick response. They were friendly and provided everything we needed. Overall we had a great time in South Padre Island and stay in a great place!! We will be definitely going back to stay at this place!!

Could be perfect

Well I could give 10/10 BUT there were a few minor things that did not make it the best stay ever! There were only 2 wash clothes no blankets on the beds just sheets, floors were dirty pet hair everywhere we had to wear shoes while inside to keep socks clean, and the lock to get into the door upon arrival gave us the blues. There was a panty liner on the wall near the ceiling in the first bedroom it looked like it may have been covering a hole. The location was 10/10 space for up to 8 guests 10/10 potential to be 10/10 is 10/10. I would recommend the owner invest in a new cleaning crew, bed linen (sheets had nasty stains) and towels and this would be a perfect vacation spot. Oh and maybe service the AC we received a massage through the app after our arrival that stated to keep the air at 73 and on auto or the coils would freeze… overall bring your own bed linen, towels, and cleaning supplies, maybe an extra fan and you’ll be fine.

Enjoyable stay

This home was exactly as advertised/depicted and we were pleased when we arrived to find everything very clean and in good repair. Good location with easy access to beach. We would definitely consider staying here again. I would warn guests however that the house doesn't have much in the way of kitchen utensils and dishes (not even a normal sized coffee pot) and there was no soap, shampoo or any cleaning supplies at all. We only had two towels and a single washrag for each bathroom and there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper and a single roll of paper towels given to us for a 5 day stay. No extra pillows or blankets either. Not a big deal, except we didn't plan for such a lack of basic supplies and ended up making quite a few trips to the store to get things we didn't know were going to need. So go ahead and stay here for sure, but you need to bring these types of items with you.

It was a problem with the lock trying to get in. With the pressure from the door wouldn't allow the locking mechanism to unlock unless you pushed on the door to allow it to unlock. Not knowing this and you're trying to get in the communication between the property owner was not fast enough. I think its an ongoing issue with the lock and should've been addressed with check-in instructions. This process caused almost an hour before getting in. Other than this issue, its was great.

Dangerous Faulty Wiring

No Property Manager on site Landlord lives 30 - 45 minutes away. Response time to issues 2 days after reported to Landlord. Electrical problems with Unit #3 began mid February Lights blinking, Tv in living area and lights out, outside outlet burnt, circuit breaker kicking and arcing when reset. reported immediately to Landlord who showed up 2 days later. removed burnt outside oulet, taped wires and left. we asked if he was going to check Breaker but he said no. 3 weeks later it started again, flashing lights air conditioner kicked off but kept trying to restart, refrigerator went off as well as TV in living area and stove burners would not heat. again reported immediately. Outside Main Breaker (100 amp) to condo popping, reported to Landlord immediately. Breaker was not tripped, but when we tried to reset it appliances and air conditioner came back on. Landlord said he would come replaced it. He did not. When we had the same propblem the next week, I caled and text Landlord, he did not respond, we packed up and left. Bottom line Unit is not safe and Landlord will not repair.

This was the second time my family and I stayed at this property.. Condo was very clean and well kept. Owner Pablo was very prompt to resolve any issues at hand, and respond to any text. Property was walking distance to the beach. We will definitely stay there again.

Small Getaway - great location

Overall my experience was great. The condo was very nice and looks exactly like the picture. We did have buy small towels because very few or none were provided. Nevertheless the location is great it’s in the middle of everything. Beach is waking distance literally but you can also look for parking closer up if you choose to. I would definitely stay again but would be extra prepared (towel and blankets).

Nice Location

The location of the house was amazing! Before arrival I was never given an access code to get into the house and was not sent one until after we arrived and asked the owner for it. The house itself was nice, but there was sand all over the floor. There was not enough toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, or regular towels.

It was very spacious, lots of room to move around, very clean and my family loved the kitchen. The one thing we did not like was the main restroom it made a weird sound every time we flush the toilet other than that all was perfect.

Everything ok just needs an extra bbq grill

Overall stay was nice. House was nice and spacious and had all the basic necessities. The only thing was the pool area only had one bbq grill and other occupants literally took over the pool area all weekend no access at all.
