Spring break

Everything was great! Very clean and was equipped with everything we needed. Location was perfect, close to the beach and a golf cart ride away from restaurants, shops and supermarket. Definitely will stay again.

Beautiful and simple property. Right on the lake and a short walk to the pool and the beach. We have stayed in several condos in this property and this one is well maintained and a great stay. Golf cart was great and a short ride to BayTowne. Would be happy to stay there again in the years to come.

Beach Days

We enjoyed a few days at the beach. The water was perfect. The sand was like white powder. And then we would return to our cool, quiet condo to make dinner plans. Very relaxing!

Safe stay in a Great Location

We all enjoyed our stay. Location is great! The teens enjoyed the freedom of the golf cart. We have stayed at the resort before and apprecciate the variety of activities. The kitchen had what I needed to cook for a group. We loved the outdoor spaces. We had a good amount of beach time and the back porch was nice and quiet after a spring break week with alot of people. The beds are comfortable, the water pressure was great, plenty of towels. The condo was clean, and everyone had enough space.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Sandestin Resort and this house was just what we needed. Very clean. Super quiet at night which is nice when sitting outside on the patio by the pond. Only bummer was the golf cart broke down on us a hour after arriving when we went to go to the grocery store to stock up and had to get a ride back to the house to get our personal car. They did eventually find us a loaner golf cart to temporarily use for a short period of time. I will say management does try everything they can to find a solution to whatever issue you have.

Last Minute Getaway

Property was as advertised. Golf cart was usuable but dated. It did not have a cover which explains why it was dirty and sandy upon arrival. Entry to property was quick and easy. Communication with property management was poor, never heard back after reaching out X2. Resort fees seemed excessive as we didnt have access to certain amenities on site. In the future with more time and availability, we would find a more modern updated location in the future. Golf courses were in poor condition, beach was great but if we would have known the resort takes up 3/4 of it with rental chairs and umbrellas that would have helped. Overall we had a good time, but our experience with VRBO rentals in the past has been much bettter.

The condo included an awesome golf cart. Condo was clean and adequate for our family. Easy check in and out. No big complaints. We traveled with 3 other couples who all had condos at same complex and ours was most dated. Condo needs a little updating. Some of the bathrooms drawers would just fall out when you opened them. The large front window looked like it had recent work done but leaked when rained. Also the condo did not have a grill. I would not stay the condo wa bad but I would probably look for a different unit next time

Nice Place

Good location. The property is really showing its age with a lot of wear and tear and the bathrooms especially are very dated. With that said for the money and considering we only had 4 days notice I cant complain. The bedding and towels were all super clean. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean the house could use a deep clean but I am super fussy . We loved using the golf cart made it easy to get to the beach ( I would not have liked to walk to the beach especially if you have chairs etc it is a lot longer than 5 min) and we also used the buggy to go over to Publix and the tunnel under the main road made that easy. I would suggest that someone checks that the user instructions are put back on the buggy as they are missing, so it was all a guess work and not sure if the power light works so it was hard to know if it was low on battery. It was nice to have a little terrace, peaceful sitting area by the water. We were able to walk to the pool it is in a nice setting. We used the tram to go to Baytown it was very convenient as the stop is at the end of the road. All in all it was a nice weeks stay.
