Robert, Thank you so much for choosing our villa for your trip and for your review. I’m happy that you had a nice stay and regarding the step, great suggestion and I will be bringing that up at the next homeowner’s meeting at the end of the month. I’m sorry that it caused you that issue. Sincerely, Stephanie and Mark Palmer

Shawn, Thank you for taking the time to review our villa. The location is definitely a plus. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. I'm sorry that there were not oven mitts available, I will be sure to make sure the cleaning service pays attention to that. It may have been overlooked for some reason. As for the pots and pans, unless some disappeared since my last visit there, there should have been many in the cabinets under the counter and many different types. Good news is that we are remodeling the whole unit at the moment and getting everything new in the whole villa including appliances, flooring, furniture etc. So I will make sure the pots and pans are replenished as well. Next time you come, it will be a whole new look. Sincerely, Stephanie and Mark Palmer

Rob and family, Thank you so much for your kind review of our villa. We are so happy that you enjoyed it as much as we do and everything was convenient for you. I love that we are centrally located. We would love to have you back again. Sincerely Mark and Stephanie Palmer.
