Casa DeMae Sleeps 12, and offers an Ocean Front private infinity pool, swim up bar, hot tub, elevator and a full staff including chefs, butlers, housemen, housekeepers and more.



This stunning estate has a sleek and sexy vibe – with the latest in contemporary designs and furnishings. The rooms are each unique and feature regional art and design elements combined with luxuriously appointed bedrooms and baths all with ceiling mounted “hide away” TV’s and Jacuzzi tubs with ocean views.



Casa DeMae combines modern design and oceanfront elegance with a lush garden setting found only in this Sierra del Mar at Los Arcos gated community.



Spacious and dramatic entertainment areas and oceanfront terraces face an infinity pool and sweeping views of the entire Bay of Banderas and the famous Los Arcos archipelago. A rooftop sundeck offers guests stunning views of the edge of the bay and Los Arcos to the south and a great place for early morning sunrises. Sunbathing or saluting the amazing sunsets.



Casa DeMae features a huge pool and massive built in ocean edge hot tub. A dramatic swim up bar, and wonderful shaded palapa area. The pool deck offers multiple seating/sunning areas.

The Neighborhood:

Have a larger group – we can assist – Villa Kismet, Villa Namaste, Casa Nahui and Casa Demae are all in near each other. Together we can accommodate up to 40 guests in 18 bedrooms between the three villas. Staffs at each villa work together to assure high level of service and can arrange for group functions. We are happy to host family reunions, small weddings, yoga retreats, spiritual retreats and corporate groups.
