An absolutely exceptional experience from beginning to end. The property is truly breathtaking—beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and even more stunning in person. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, creating an experience that felt incredibly luxurious yet warm and comfortable.The staff exceeded our expectations in every way. They were gracious, attentive, and anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. The chef was phenomenal—every meal was absolutely delicious, and beautifully prepared. We genuinely never felt the need to dine out because everything prepared for us was that exceptional.Michael was wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to accommodate us. This was so much more than a beautiful vacation home—it was a five-star hospitality experience. Everything was absolutely perfect, and we left feeling incredibly spoiled. We cannot recommend this property and team highly enough and would love to return!

We were totally spoiled by the staff. Everything was smooth and easy and we wanted for nothing. The food was delicious and every meal we had at the house was better than the meals we had at local restaurants.

We loved our stay at casa Maria Elena! It was like staying in a 5 star resort but better! The food was delicious, service was top notch. The home is right on the beach and you have gorgeous views from everywhere in the house. The pool is lovely! I can't say enough nice things about the whole experience, we had so much fun, and were relaxed and pampered the whole time! Thank you!!

This house was amazing and so relaxing. We loved the pool, views, it was very clean and that the bedrooms had air conditioning. Eric the property manager was the best! He responded quickly and couldaccommodate you with anything you would need. From shopping for you to setting up someone to cook for you and much more! We would definitely recommend this house!

My mood turned from good to great as soon as I walked into the door of this beautiful house. Perfect for a family of four and not too big to make you feel like you're paying for more than you need. I loved being right on the beach with a view of both the downtown pier to the north and Los Arcos to the south. Eric is a great host and we appreciated everything he and his staff did to make our stay perfect. The 15 minute walk along the beach to the Zona Romantica is a major benefit versus having to take a cab to get to town. I want to stay every time i visit PV now. Thank you!

Truly Amazing

What an incredible house, location and staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Eric and his team paid attention to every detail and we couldn’t have asked for more. The use house is beautiful and the location can’t be beat. We are already planning a trip back here!

Best home in Puerto Vallarta

The home is beach front, with breathtaking views from every room. The staff is amazing, and the chef prepares fresh delicious meals everyday. You feel absolutely pampered during your stay. Eric the property manager can set up just about anything for you, from massages, fresh flowers and personal chefs for special occasions. This was our second stay here and will return year after year!

We had a wonderful time at this Home in Puerto Vallarta. The property was clean, well-appointed, and exactly as described. The views were stunning—especially at sunset—and the location was perfect: on the beach, restaurants close by and local attractions. The host-Eric was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Beautiful, Relaxing!

The home and the location were amazing! Walking distance to town, restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the beach just steps from the door. Spent our mornings on the patio drinking coffee and watching the city come to life. The evening sunsets were breath taking from the home. Whale watching from the patio turned out to be a show of a lifetime!

wonderful stay

we very much enjoyed our week at casa maria elena. the house is lovely and well appointed & stocked. eric, mireilla, and alma were of constant and warm welcome, and they arranged everything from transport to groceries, delicious meals, house cleaning, and laundry. we took morning dips in the water before the beach filled up; and it was fun to watch the families spend the day on the coast. the cove looks rocky, but it is sheltered and clean and great for just bobbing. looking forward to a return visit during whal season.

Amazing Time

Phenomenal place to relax and take it the beach, pool and weather. Eric, Mirella and Alma took fabulous care of us. Great meals, cleaned house, transpiration to/from airport, helped with laundry and places to go. Bought groceries we wanted and set up jet skis and paddle boards. Weather was a overly hot and humid (October) and house only has AC in bedrooms but otherwise an incredible stay.

Everything we expected!

This property is everything described in the VRBO listing, and more! Eric, the property manager was wonderful and so easy to work with. He made our stay easy and extremely enjoyable. Maria was delightful and a "breath of fresh air" and brightened our stay. We are planning our next trip back to the same house. Casa Maria Elena is a magical get-a-way. I highly recommend it to anyone ready to have a relaxing trip to Puerto Vallarta.

Simply AMAZING!

The property is stunning! Very well taken care of, well equipped and boasts the absolute best, unobstructed view to the ocean from all of the rooms. Michael the host was very responsive and Eric, Alma and Mireya with the property management company were great to work with and incredibly helpful. We were there celebrating my husband's 45th birthday and it was a perfect stay. I cannot say enough good things about the house, amenities and service. 10 out of 10 recommended. We're already talking about our next visit back!

Amazing stay at Casa Maria Elena

The view from the home was incredible and it was an easy 15-20 minute walk to the boardwalk of Puerto Vallarta. The beach a step away from the property is very nice and when it got a little crowded it was great to enjoy the infinity pool. All the rooms were very comfortable with amazing views. I really couldn't have picked a better place for my girlfriend and me to stay. On the last 2 days of our stay my 2 friends joined us and they were also stunned by how picture perfect this home was. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. The meals we ate at the home may have been the best meals of our trip. Thank you so much!

This Vrbo home in Puerto Vallarta was truly magnificent. Perched dramatically on the rocks overlooking a small, secluded beach, it felt both luxurious and serene. The sound of the surf was a constant, soothing backdrop, and the infinity pool—overlooking the ocean—was absolutely stunning. It’s the kind of place where you immediately slow down and feel grateful to be there.The three suites were wonderful—spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. Each was tastefully decorated with thoughtfully chosen art and sculpture that gave the home a refined yet welcoming feel. Nothing felt overdone; instead, it struck the perfect balance between elegance and comfort, making it easy to relax and feel at home.What truly elevated the stay was the staff. The house manager was incredibly helpful, assisting with hiring cars and offering excellent local suggestions. The cook prepared delicious breakfasts every morning, which was such a treat, and the housekeeper did a fantastic job keeping everything immaculate. Everyone was warm, friendly, and professional. Overall, this home delivered an exceptional experience, and we would return without hesitation.

Our time at Casa Maria Elena was absolutely perfect! The property allowed our all adult family time to relax in privacy using the pool and covered patio throughout the day. Plenty of shade and plenty of patio space directly off the bedrooms or main living area to lay on the loungers around the pool! The seating area under the pergola offered us incredible sunset views each evening and the outdoor furniture and lighting provided us a cozy space to enjoy every evening at the house! The location of the property allowed for quick and easy transport into town, usually less than an 8 minute uber ride. The three suites all provided equally luxurious accommodations, with the primary providing extra storage space. All three bedrooms were equally beautiful spaces. The easy beach access and unobstructed views moved Casa Maria Elena a notch above the rest in this local. The staff were friendly, helpful, and genuine providing the service that you would expect from a property of this price point. Eric, the property manager was easy to contact and on site every day to help coordinate and manage any of our requests. His staff Millea and Alma made delicious plated meals. The daily guacamole, margaritas, and many different salsas were a value added to this property, when compared to what we ate while out and about in town. The loungers and patios were cleaned daily along with laundry service. Gardens and flowers were all matching the 5 star quality in every aspect! Will be back!!!

Daily maid and food services offered:

Daily maid service and preparation of breakfast and/or lunch are included with the rental, we just ask that renters pay the cost of food and alcohol during their stay. For a reasonable fee, our Property Manager, Eric, will pick up any requested items for the kitchen or bar prior to your arrival or during your stay, as well as pick up from and to the airport, and can provide car service around town or arrange for reservations for day trips, such as: fishing; jungle tours (ATV and/or zip line); golf; whale watching; snorkeling; surfing; jet ski rentals; diving; etc... Eric, will keep a tab of these additional expenses and present you with a final bill to be paid prior to your departure. He will explain the services he offers, along with fees and answer any other questions you may have about the property.

Our cook, Mirella (pronounced MEER-EH-YA) regularly prepares breakfast and lunch, and she will prepare dinners for an extra fee as well. A typical breakfast includes fresh coffee, squeezed OJ, a fruit plate, toast, eggs and bacon. Lunch usually includes fresh juice, salsa, guacamole, fried taquitos. She has menu of meal options for breakfast and lunch - typically traditional Mexican - that she will show you on your first day, so you can request other options for the following day(s). For an additional fee, she will also prepare items from her dinner menu. She is an amazing cook. If you request specific meals the day before, she will go to the market in the morning before her arrival to get the freshest seafood and produce.
