Oceanfront amazing 2 BR Villa - 2 min from the beach

Located in Beacon Hill, you’ll discover this lovely newly built home overlooking the Caribbean sea. This modern property includes two similarly sized oceanfront bedrooms, making it one of our top St. Maarten condos for family/friends traveling together. The island of St Maarten is well known for its vibrant nightlife, stunning white-sand beaches and friendly atmosphere.

Sit with a cool glass of wine while lounging on one of the many sun chairs on the ample wooden deck. If the temperature is too hot, go for a cool swim in the pool overlooking the caribbean sea. The terrace is perfect for lazy afternoons. As added amenities, this villa includes Wi-Fi access, TV in each room and the services of a housekeeper.

Inside, the living room features tasteful modern furnishings done in white tones and access to the outdoors. If you’d like a home-cooked meal, the kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, coffee maker and ice machine.

This villa’s two equally sized bedrooms allow for up to four guests to spend the night (additional folding bed and cribs on demand). Each individually decorated suite includes a king size, air conditioning and TVs and bathroom.

During your stay at Cliff House, the closest grocery store is just two minutes away in Maho and you’ll be conveniently located near dining and nightlife hot spots. When you’re ready to do some exploring, the villa is close from everything, 10 min from Marigot, the french capital, 2 min from Simpson Bay and Maho; meanwhile, fervent golfers can hit the greens in just 3 minutes. Best of all, it’s a quick two-minute drive to Cupecoy Beach, one of the finest on the island.

The property has an amazing view in which I really enjoyed. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the outside landscaping and appearance made the property look run down and dilapidated.

Amazing location! The back deck overlooks Simpson Bay and the front porch overlooks Maho Bay, basically you can watch the sunrise and set over water every day. You can walk to great restaurants in Maho Bay around the casino, as well as a market and multiple beach bars. The famous beach at the end of the airport runway is minutes away by foot. The only downside is the place needs an overhaul. The pictures are dated and it is definitely more tired these days. But once again you cannot beat the location.

They met us at the property to make sure we got in and everything was ok, and stayed in good contact throughout! The view of Simpson bay was amazing and we enjoyed watching the yachts come and go.

The residence was fantastic!!!! Views of the mega yachts on porch and small shallow pool. The front porch was awesome for sunset. Short walk to sunset bar and grill. Or drive for free parking. Close to everything. Traffic on the island is heavy. Orient Beach drive isn’t bad at 8AM spend the day drive back about 330PM or wait bail dinner is over. Would we stay again?, ABSOLUTELY

Wonderful relaxing view

Our experience at the Cliff House was more than we expected. The view and the location of the villa was fantastic. We were really able to unwind and relax truly feeling like we were in a private setting.

Amazing week!

This property is in a great location--easy walk to Maho and Driftwood Bar and Restaurant (highly recommend). It's also far enough away that it's quiet. John and Stacey were very helpful and the house was the perfect size for my daughter and I. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous view of Simpson Bay!

The accommodations were comfortable and had plenty of amenities. The view and morning Sunrise were spectacular and a highlight of the property! We enjoyed the family of Iguanas who frequented to rock ledges over the bay just past the deck and pool. The only downside to the place was that it was in need of some TLC and repair in some ways, but overall we were happy and felt that the location and comfort factor made the value very good for the money. Location is near a very busy area, but didn't feel like it back in the community where the house and property are located. We would stay here again if ever back to Sint Maarten!

This is a unique property. The host was great; communication was great.But back to the propertyIt’s very average and is best described as tired and certainly in need of repairs. The pool attracted us, but ground surface around pool was plywood and watch out for slivers! Pool is somewhat private, but may not be suitable for anxious full nudity bathers Inside, one toilet did not work. Glad there were two. Bed was ok comfort wise. Not galamorous; just functional. Bedding was in need of upgrades. Pillows sucked. Kitchen was ok in terms of dishes and appliances. A mixed bag of cutlery, plates and cooking dishes. Do not expect ANY sorts of supplies, other than salt and pepper. No sugar for coffee. Fridge worked but some fridge parts/shelves seemed to be missing. The exterior of the property is, well, unique. It’s on a nice enough street and has ample parking, but do not expect any sort of landscaping or upkeep. The front door to the unit really looks sketchy/crack house sold metal door with single door lock and no window. But once inside, the place grows on you. And the downplayed look takes on some appeal. The best and hidden part about this place is the front porch and sitting area. This faces due west and great for sunset vino. Morning sun you get from the poolside as it faces due east. Overall, it was fine. Nothing to write home about. Noise of the airport and Simpson Bay nonsense was enough for us to not go back. One done

Wonderful stay in Sint Maarten

This two-bedroom, two-bath home sits on a low cliff with spectacular views of Simpson Bay from the spacious back decks (2) and equally beautiful ocean views from the front deck. Accenting the property is a small swimming pool perfect for cooling off after a day in the sun. The house is located on a quiet street lined with private residences. It's not far from the airport making it convenient to visit the island's many tourist destinations. We rented a car which allowed us the freedom to venture out on our own, but we also used Sunita Taxi Service (ask for Rog) when we didn't want to deal with the congested island parking. The birds and iguanas were an added treat! The only criticism we have is that we wish the property manager had taken more time to explain the appliances (washer & dryer, cooktop, the capacity of the water heater, and how to sign into the television). On the other hand, John, the owner, went out of his way to communicate with us prior to our arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Cliff House and would definitely stay there again.

The villa has its own gated private entrance and enough place to park 3 large cars. Laundry room located next to the kitchen with dryer and washing machine, iron, ironing board, detergent..

The 2 bedrooms house has a private pool facing the Caribbean sea and a large deck with 6 seats dining area.

The outside deck area with the private pool offers a lot of space for everybody, 2 sunbaths facing the ocean and a large dining area ( 8 persons) facing the ocean with the BBQ grill ( charcoal )
There is also another terrace on the front entrance with a table and 4 chairs, the perfect spot to watch the sunset!
