Providing all of the comforts of home, this ground floor condominium offers two king bedrooms, two full baths and a den area with doors for added privacy. The large kitchen is well stocked and has a unique dining table made with local stone which provides plenty of room for meals or gathering.

With the den area providing a third sleeping option, this condo is great for families.

Just steps to the beach and with a fantastic ocean view from the patio, you have everything necessary to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Part of The Landings at Tres Cocos family, which includes additional one, two, three and five bedroom options, this condo is located just north of the bridge at the cut and less than one mile from San Pedro Town. Close to restaurants, bars, and shopping yet far enough away to be quiet and relaxed. Guests of the property enjoy two fresh water swimming pools, a salt water swimming pool, a beachside BBQ cooking station, dock and an on site management team that can assist you as needed. Our goal is to ensure you have a relaxing and unforgettable vacation while enjoying all that San Pedro and Belize have to offer.

Brittany and Mike communicated very well and were on-site when we got to our accommodation. The condo was cool, clean and in a great location, just over the bridge and right on the water. I would definitely book again with them!

Just right location

The team was very receptive and prompt in responding to our questions and concerns. The condo was steps away from the pool and beach. Everything went well and highly recommend the propertyā€¦minutes from Secret Beach, The Truck Stop, and downtown San Pedro.

Perfect place for our stay in paradise!

From the moment we arrived in San Pedro, Mike and Brittany made every aspect of our stay seamless and supremely convenient. Even during the booking process, they answered all of our questions to prepare for the stay. The property, itself, was absolutely perfect and in great condition! The location on the beach was just what we wanted. I canā€™t say enough about how wonderful this experience was and how Brittany and her amazing team went above and beyond!

Great Location!

My family enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect location with quick access to town and not too far from secret beach. We could relax around the pool or easily drive our cart to town. Our snorkeling guide picked us up from the dock then cooked up the fish we caught right on the grill by the pool. We will definitely stay at this location again.

What a wonderful time!

Brittany and Mike were so helpful meeting us at airport, getting us set up with our golf cart, and getting us settled in. The location north of the bridge is ideal as it is a bit more quiet than down town, and it is a little closer to secret beach. We also loved having coco loco and the market so close by. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice property and accomodations.

The property was nice and comfortable for our stay. The staff kept the grounds very tidy and the pool was great. Would definitely come back here again. Kimberly and Chad were very responsive to whatever we needed during our stay. The only draw back was the sargassum seaweed on the beach but mother nature does her own thing and it couldn't be helped.

Home away from home!

This condo and pool were even better than the pictures! We had an amazing stay here and the owners were super responsive to any communication and very welcoming to us. My husband and I both scuba dive and this place was super convenient to Elite Adventures / 303 where we booked the majority of our dives. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

The pictures doesn't do justice to this property! I loved everything! Brittany and Mike worked to ensure we had everything needed for a comfortable stay! Bring bug spray. I had some deep wood repellant. I"ll be back!

Great place to hang for the week

Kimberly and Chad were so accommodating and assisted above and beyond the call of duty. The location was 1/4 mile north of San Pedro town, and easily accessible by golf cart. The condo was clean and spacious, and quiet within the walls. We enjoyed visiting around the pools with other guests. I would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect!

We had a fantastic time! The property was lovely. The service and assistance from Brittany and Mike were exceptional. Our family flew in on 3 separate itineraries from two different countries. Brttany juggled our arrivals, putting those of us who were delayed on later Tropic Air flights. All excursions, particularly Searious, were scheduled and rescheduled to accommodate the weather. Check in and out, rental carts and transportation was seamless.

Great stay close in a great location

Great stay from beginning to end. Property management Brittany and Mike were very responsive from first contact to our departure. The property is well maintained and appropriate for the price point. If you are not familiar with the island, the location just north of the bridge puts you very close to everything, but yet the location feels peaceful. Brittany and Mike met us at the airport on arrival to collect us and our bags. The condo unit being ground floor walking out to the pool area was perfect, as we could enjoy the day and not have to run up and down the stairs for things inside. The in unit washer and dryer was a plus. We all felt the condo was larger than what we had expected. We would definitely stay here again!

San Pedro Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time and great stay at this property! The hosts and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. They booked our adventures and golf cart for us, and gave us great recommendations for places to eat and shop. The property and condo were very clean and comfortable. There is a market/convenience store, cafe/coffee shop, and a very tasty burger stand/food truck a very short walk away. Check out was a breeze and the hosts took us to the local airport and helped check us in for our flight back to the mainland. We had a great time!

Loved it here!

The property was clean, safe and a well-maintained pool. Our condo was nicely decorated, had everything that we needed. Brittany and her team were amazing when we needed more water, paper towels etc. they brought them to us promptly. We never had a worry about getting to and from the airport, golf carts rental, they took care of us! It was an amazing stay with them! We would love to come back and stay here! Hopefully in the near future.
