We had a beautiful view of the ocean. The accommodations were very nice inside although the drive in looks a little shady-it was nice. It’s convenient to restaurants and grocery stores and can walk to do the snorkeling tours and other tours on the water. The staff was amazing! Absolutely fantastic people. My only complaint was there were tiny ants throughout the kitchen on the sink, counters, and table.

Nice place to stay in San Pedro

Great location right on the beach/water. Close to restaurants, excursions, airport and water taxi. Had everything we needed!

the host, Kaitlynn. was the greatest. She was very nice and the housekeeping was the best I have ever had. Everything about the housekeeping was beyond all expectations. Making arrangements for my next trip there.

Yvette was fantastic, very helpful and kind! Unit was very, very hot, but such is Belize in August! We enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Morning Sunrise

Perfect location close to the airport with beautiful ocean view, including morning sunrises! Well-appointed vacation rental with very helpful and friendly housekeeping and concierge services. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful place in San Pedro

Great location. “Downtown” near everything. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Lots of space and a nice breeze when you open the windows. Would stay here again when we go back to San Pedro.

Perfect Location!

My husband and I loved our time at Belize Reef! The place was very comfortable with beautiful ocean views and within walking distance to great restaurants and bars. Yvette was awesome and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had all we needed to have an excellent trip.

Beautiful stay on the ocean

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay at The Reef. The bed was comfortable, the shower was large and it was great to take in the warm ocean breeze after a day of diving sitting in the living room area. I would recommend everyone I know to stay here. Ramons is a stones throw away for all your diving needs (and it's much cheaper then Ramons).

Great location

Definitely recommend. Comfortable, clean and the location was central to the town. The view from the terrace is great for relaxing with an ocean view. The property manager Katlynn and her husband Angel were top notch. Always responsive and helpful. It's not a luxury spot but had everything we needed for a great 12 day stay.

From the arrival to departure, Yvette rocked!!! She recommended great local places and people to provide services, easy communication, and the place was exactly what we expected. Clean, perfect location, and easy accessibility to all things San Pedro. We can’t wait to return!!!

Great location

Nice 3rd floor condo. Excellent view of the Caribbean Sea. Close to the many excellent restaurants in San Pedro. Downsides (which have nothing to do with the place) is the huge amount of smelling and decomposing seagrass which apparently is a problem from Florida to Honduras and the constant rush hour of golf carts on the street.

We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay and appreciated the convenience of being located close to many excellent restaurants in San Pedro. It is unfortunate that your stay coincided with the perfect storm event of Sargassum. It's one of the worst outbreaks that we've seen. Ten days of high winds pushed it towards Belize and then low winds let it float off the shore without piling up on the beach where it could be removed. Once the trade winds come back it will flush out the shoreline and bring things back to normal again. Nonetheless, we are sorry to hear that this affected your stay. We appreciate your feedback and hope that you will consider staying with us again in the future.

The kitchen was huge, spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The person who helped us was very helpful, carried our luggage up for us. When we needed help scheduling, what we wanted.
