It is close enough to town for convenience but far enough away to be removed from noise and congestion. There is air conditioning throughout or you can open the sliding doors and let the ocean breeze during the day.

The unit has 2 bedrooms, each with king beds, along with a bonus room with a queen bed and sofa sleeper. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped to cook your favorite meals or hire a private local chef to enjoy our local dishes!

The 300 ft. pier allows for wildlife viewing including dolphins and sting rays. It’s also your pick up location for fishing and most snorkeling charters, along with diving and Mayan ruin excursions. Walk along the beach and cast to bonefish and tarpon.

The location is very close to a number of local dining options, with great restaurants only minutes away by beach or golf cart. Enjoy leisurely walks along the sea - nice pathways are open for walking both north and south along the waterfront. The Caribbean sunrises and sunsets are like a dream!
