Flowing off the great room is a dining area that seats 12 comfortably, includes a high chair for the little one, and has a breakfast bar that seats an additional 4. The attached kitchen features stainless appliances and numerous accessories to keep any home chef happy.

The 2nd floor features a TV/Media/Reading loft area with a sectional sofa that converts to a queen size bed and an added loveseat for extra seating. The area is equipped with a 27' TV with DVD/VCR, a gaming table, and is connected through a sliding glass door to the second covered veranda.

ALL MATTRESSES HAVE BEEN REPLACED WITH NEW ONES in 2018/2019. The bedroom configuration consists of 2 sleeping rooms on the first floor and the remaining 4 on the second floor. The final bedroom on the 1st floor contains 2 Twin beds and has an attached full bath. As an additional bonus, a crib and a pack-n-play are available at no charge (these unfortunately do not come with sheets).
