We had such a good time. The kids loved the toys and the adults loved everything provided. We just needed to bring the clothes! This condo was fully stocked! We had plenty of room for the 6 of us and our dog. Liz is was awesome as well. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful week at Beach Colony 15D. The condo is spacious, and full of amenities. We loved the seating on the balcony. Great times out there enjoying morning coffee, before heading to the beach. Liz is a wonderful host. She makes herself available for any questions. Five Stars!

Best Beach Vacation!

We had an amazing stay and are planning to be back next year! The unit was stocked amazingly well with everything we needed. I had read that in other reviews as well but was still blown away. So much care and love has gone into setting it up. When we had a very minor issue (couldn't figure out how to turn on the TV) Liz got back to us immediately and helped us out! I could tell from our conversation that she is the type of person that will go out of her way to help in any way needed.The location is perfect as well. Close to everything needed (restaurants, shopping, groceries) which I really appreciated. The balcony was my favorite part. Large with plenty of seating and stunning views of the Gulf. The balconies on the other side of the unit were also great for taking in the sunset. Overall I really cannot say enough positive things about this condo. I've stayed at several different rental properties over the years and this by far was my favorite.

Everything we could have needed was there. Comfortable beds and furnishing. Loved having all the beach towels and equipment provided, it made it much easier! The kitchen was well stocked with basic necessities and spices. There was plenty of room for 5 teenagers plus parents without us all being on top of each other. We loved the indoor grill! We loved the small town feel of Perdido Key and we will for sure be back!

Wonderful stay. Liz (the host) literally thought of everything. I told her I would stay all over the country with her. Could have arrived with nothing but a swim suit and never needed a thing. Would stay here 100 times over.

Our experience was WONDERFUL!! The house was very clean and has a great view of the ocean! There were so many extras provided for us as well. We traveled with a baby and did not have to bring anything as it all was provided (crib, bouncy seat, stander, highchair, etc.) Lizzie is the hostess with the mostest!! ANYTHING you would need was provided. It was wonderful to arrive and have a basket of pancake mix, syrup, popcorn, wine, and spaghetti fixings so we did not have to run to the grocery store or out to eat when we arrived. We are looking forward to staying here again next year!!

Abundant in charm and supplies

We really loved our stay at this condo and would do it again readily. The weather was windy and cool so when we needed to just chill at home, we had plenty to do from tv shows, to games, to art. Our host was super responsive with any questions we had!

A beautiful condo

Such a great experience from the start! Liz was exceptional from before check-in til after checkout! Truly a sweet person who cares and wants you to have the best experience during your stay. The condo had absolutely everything we needed plus way more for our stay. Liz even puts out a ā€œfirst nightā€ dinner for when you just wanna check in and enjoy the beach. Condo was super clean and everything was cozy. Games, toys, beach towels, and so much more was provided. My family and I fell in love with this condo and we hope Liz will have us back again!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Amazing Home Away From Home

We had the best week at this condo! The owner, Liz, has gone above and beyond in all aspects. The condo was stocked with almost anything you could have needed or wanted and more! Liz was super easy to work with and always answered emails/texts within just a few minutes. We think we may have found our ā€œforever condoā€ and hope to be back again!

Beautiful condo

We had a wonderful stay! The owner was very helpful and the place was pristine, on the beach, clean, extremely well stocked with literally everything! We had young 20 something adults in our group. There was not much close by like restaurants, shops or boardwalks. It was great for my husband and I but not a lot for younger people to do in the evenings. But overall I highly recommend this place!

Our stay at the oceanfront condo at beach colony was Absolutely amazing , the breathtaking views and peaceful sound of the waves made our stay unforgettable. The condo was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect for watching the sunset and taking long walks on the beach. Beautiful spot

SO many things available for you at this condo. We had six adults & our 1-year old grandson and appreciated the full sized crib, high chair, and stroller, plus all the toys! The unit is very comfortable and welcoming; and a wonderful view from the large balcony. We saw dolphins just off the shore one morning.
