This can be a common occurrence with properties that sit so close to the beach due to humidity and salt air. However we will look into it and make sure it is not a major problem. Our team makes every effort to ensure A/C units are checked prior arrival and are monitored digitally through our smart thermostat system. Per our 100% performance guarantee, we’re pleased that we were able to send someone out quickly and that the A/C repair man was able to schedule an appointment during your stay. We understand that some guests do not feel comfortable allowing maintenance technicians to enter the rental when they are not home, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
